Good afternoon, I know that customer service people are sometimes overloaded with work, but it is not the fact that they should treat customers with contempt, Walgreens owes it to us and those of us who visit it come for a service, we are not going to bother and/or beg for alms. They call you saying that the medications are ready, when we go to the ticket office, they are not complete, apart from that the attitude is to make us return with kindness... I recommend everyone to arm themselves with courage, patience and resilience in the face of these acts.
P.S. This is not the first time this has happened to us.
I apologize for bothering you, sincerely.
I hope corrective measures are made in this regard.

The supervisor here was really rude i don’t know her name but she was white and old . She is rude and does not like her job. Why work customer service if you do not know how to treat your customers. She canceled my order stating they did not have my item in stock but they had 4 of the same items in stock . Ok no problem after that she wanted to “do other things” instead of helping me fix my issue . She was disrespectful and kept leaving when she should be helping me figure out the mistake she made . It was not my mistake and she still canceled my order when i was inside the store showing her they had the items even after i told her 5 times i did not want to cancel my order . That rude old lady should not manage any store or be in charge of anyone with her attitude i should have cursed her out because u shouldn’t treat people like that. The young lady on the register who helped me i don’t know her name neither she was really amazing she helped me even after that supervisor didn’t want to help me or acknowledge me . I should of gotten her name but she was very helpful and deserves a raise especially after working with that cruel witch supervisor of hers .i wish i got her name so i can call and give her a compliment I’m not one to complain neither but that supervisor had me waiting 30+

If I could give zero stars I would give -0!!! This pharmacy is rude, inadequate, apparently they are not capable of doing their job. I CANNOT MENTION HOW MANY TIMES I HAD TO FILL OUT MY INFORMATION FOR EVERY SINGLE REFILL!!!! Not to mention that they physically could not type a refill if it would come from Publix!!!! They had all my meds in file and STILL NEEDED INFORMATION!!! I miss Publix SO MUCH!!!! GOD DAMN YOU WALGREENS I HOPE
YOU GO BANKRUPT!!!!

Today, Sunday, April 28, 2024 at 2:30 pm, the rude, unfriendly African-American cashier did not want to charge me for some flip flops that did not have the price, and with an attitude that she lacked to give me, what a shame they had never treated me so bad in this store. I told her that I was going to report her and she told me to call 911 if I wanted to and no, she wanted to give her name. People like that shouldn't deal with the public.

Don't even think about picking up a Western Union at Walgreens! Instead of like Publix next door they make you fill out a huge amount of paper work information even drives license and city you were born in! Go to Publix instead that just ask you a few questions to get your money. Plus most prices are way to high.

Would love to give zero stars. Absolute terrible customer service. They had my son's rx, but they closed at 5 and we were in line at 4:45, but by the time that they figured it out, it was too late. There solution, get a hold of your doctor, if you can, and drive 45 minutes to get it filled.
The pharmacist talked(argued) with us much longer than it would taken to just filled it.

I will always say it! To work with the public you have to be professional!!! in this place and I say this without any discrimination, a dark-skinned woman! shout out to my husband!!! just for asking a question regarding some photos he was printing!! It's disrespectful of him to do that! They should do employee evaluations so they can see what kinds of people they have working there.

There are some nice workers here but one that caught me eye is Marliz. She is very nice and attentive. She makes you feel comfortable and you feel like you are receiving a great service.

The most heartless people ever. We spent 10 minutes waiting in the line to get my fathers pain medication as he just got out of surgery, they closed the window right in front of us even though we had already been waiting prior to closing. I hope I never have to come back to this location ever again. Thank you to the one associate that tried helping us, he was the only one who truly felt for us. If I could give zero stars, I would.
