We stopped at this store after leaving another because of the way they were treating other customers. Angel greeted us and answered all of our questions ( we had a lot). He was friendly and courteous. He helped us choose the best plan and phones for us.I would highly recommend this store.

Had nothing but a terrible experience at this store. Ordered a phone online, but with a customer service representative on the phone on Sunday 1/28/2024. Hung up, printed the order, drove to the store and it was closed, not the stores fault. Mind you this store is 45 minutes from my house, but the only store with the phone in stock. Returned on Monday, there were 2 customer service representatives assisting other customers, waited over an hour for my turn with my 2 year old, I was just there to pick up the phone, I didn’t need any other help from them. When I got home, I got a call that I had left my Drivers License in store, completely my fault, I appreciated them calling to let me know. I returned on Monday 2/5/2024 to retrieve it, I couldn’t call first because the phone number routes to a call center. When I arrived, neither representative working was aware of where it was and started searching, they called the “manager” that was working last week and he said he had left it in the drawer. After 30 minutes of looking and me waiting, they still couldn’t find it, so asked me to leave my name and number. I did, but stated I would rather not drive back again as it is 45 minutes from my house and this was my 3rd trip, I asked if they found it could they mail it, sure we can do that they said. I leave, drive 45 minutes to my house, barely get my foot in the door and the store calls and said they found it in the drawer stuck to the back of a calculator. Mind you this is my drivers license with all my personal information that you would think would’ve been kept in a safe place like the safe. I ask that it be mailed and all of a sudden now it’s a problem, “oh I am the only one here and the post office will be closed when I leave”. When I again stated I didn’t want to make a 4th trip and it was the least they could do, I was told that I needed to take the responsibility for leaving it, I did that when I drove 45 minutes to get it and you couldn’t find it! I asked that the manager who put it there in the first place call me, and was told okay but he’s going to say the same thing, that’s fine I still want him to call. I waited about an hour with no call back, before deciding I might as well go get it because I have to have it. When I arrived, I was told that he asked the manager to call me but he’s too busy. Never did get an apology for wasting my time and gas.I only came to this store because I had too, but I don’t recommend it to anyone, I’ll wait for a phone before I ever go back!

Angel is such a sweetheart. Everytime I come in, he's always so patient with me and goes into great detail. I got an S23 FE from him and it's amazing, my experience with Angel has been amazing.

Ezequiel was a huge help for all of our questions. Very transparent with pricing options for different plans and phone models and explained the differences thoroughly. He had four different parties that he was helping all on his own and managed it very well. Very thankful for the assistance that he provided!

Be prepared for his lunch break from 2-3:40 PM. Need to add that to the website hours. That’s a long lunch. Only one employee who is rude and not helpful.

Mid of February, my company contracted a hotspot internet at this store. The seller was DM (hidden for privacy). She did not know how to handle a business contract for that service. However, she reached her manager and followed the manager's instructions. I left the store and went to the office to try the device. The device never connected to the network, so I returned to the store to return it. She told me that they would send it back to Verizon. Even though she stated that she would send it back to Verizon, her response did not convince me since she looked lost and just said whatever came to her mind. So, I returned to the store 2 hours later to ensure it would be that way, and again she said that I should not be worried about it.Four weeks later, I got a bill of 70 USD from Verizon. Therefore, I headed to the store to learn they never returned it to Verizon. At that point, I was told by a guy that they could not return it to Verizon since they are a third party and not part of Verizon. The foregoing statement breaches the INSTALLMENT LOAN AGREEMENT/SECURITY AGREEMENT. However, I decided to go to the corporate Verizon at Winter Haven, where the manager said that I MUST RETURN the device to where it was bought; otherwise, I would have to pay for the internet box (400 USD).At this point, I will raise a complaint with the state against both companies.Avoid this Victra store!
