We always ship out from this store. It is a fraction of the cost because it's not a retail store, it's the actual warehouse. We usually don't have a long wait time. Friendly staff. The hours are
8:30 am - 11:30 am
Closed and Reopens again
5:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Closed Saturday and Sunday

First of all, the customer service number is completely useless. The woman just kept repeating everything that was on the app. I decided to change my delivery to a pickup because for some reason my package was taking unusually long to get to my house. When I got to the customer center, and provided all of my information and proof of my order. I was told that I’d have to wait 24 hours to pick up my package. They had the package and refused to give it to me. Defeating the whole purpose of me coming to pick it up myself. The staff did nothing to accommodate. This is completely unacceptable. This will be my first and last time using this service.

Customer Service is the worst I’ve ever experienced in my life! But for 5.99 or 14.99 they’d be more compliant. What a rip off. Scammers! How do you fail to deliver the same package 3 time!!!! Stop hiring just anybody that will take $10 an hour to make calls. Worst experience! It’s mostly Florida! Who is managing but they are NOT doing their job! There is no consideration for time of concern. I need someone to really handle my concern and not just say it and transfer me to nowhere land. As a company, why are you paying delivery drivers to not do their job. Like all you have to do is receive and drop packages. How do you mess that up??????? I’ve already explained I have special needs children who need the package that was supposed to be delivered. Ignorance!!!!!!! This is crazy that a state and a business would operate like this!!!

I've been trying to get hired on with UPS for years. I've worked seasonally every year since 2016. Every year, I was told the same thing you can be hired on after seasonal. Made a bunch of false promises by everyone there that'll I'll be let on. It never happens. UPS always filled up on spots. I finally got in a location on March 18 2024. I had all the documents signed and completed all the hiring stages done. Showed up for orientation date and time ready to work. Showed up an hour and a half early to make sure I knew where I was supposed to go and check out the area. Was told to leave and that their not hiring. I wasted my time, money, and milage to come for nothing. This was also at 11pm when I could've been asleep instead. After months of UPS so called investigating why I was sent home instead of getting the job like I was supposed to, I never got a reason why that happened. I just was just told I could reapply elsewhere. On June 11, 2024, I finally got into another location. The only location available and only shift available was 47 miles away and working 5am- 9am. I signed up and have been trying all this time to get the job because of the pay and benefits. The only way to get full time is to already be an employee there. This location was a kick in the stomach. They were all part-time but a few managers. Nobody is supposed to ever get full time unless you're a lucky manager. Most managers don't even get full-time at this location. Now you see, I wanted this so badly because the benefits for full-time employees are full health coverage dental and vision included that's not taken out your check. You're supposed to get it within 90 days of working full-time. You can get it until 9 months part-time. Technically, it's a little over 10 months since you're not considered an actual employee till 30 days of working. I was told that if you're already hired, they go in order by people already hired when full time positions open up, you'll get one thats been the same every year. That's not the case here. Nobody's getting full-time here was told its only a few manager total thats full time. Not only that, but their also having you come in earlier and earlier by the day and even by the hour. The first day had to come in at 4:45am. Had to leave at 8:45 due to them not wanting to give you the extra 15 minutes. Was told we had to come in at 4:30am the next day. The day after that it was 4:15am. This day, I didn't get any sleep trying to make sure I got to work. I drove 47 miles to work. Came into work clocked in and was told all new hires are to go home because they have senior workers that want to work, and it's a slow day. When I asked why I couldn't be notified of this before coming, I was told they won't know till that morning of. There's nothing they could do it is what it is. It'll be like that sometimes. So after not having any sleep. Buying energy drink to keep me going for the day. I am driving 47 miles in the morning to show for work at my scheduled time. I now just wasted my time, money, and milage of warrenty on my vehicle, not sleeping for absolutely nothing but to drive another 47 miles back home in the middle of the morning again. This isn't right in any way. Employees should have the right to report time pay because of situations like this. I'm very disappointed in UPS. I've proven my good work time and time to be let down. I've tried and tried for years for nothing. I've given up this dream to work here after this. It's impossible to actually get in, and when in, it's this. I can't afford the loss to be sent home without anything after putting all this in to get here. I give up.

I don’t know how these UPS truck drivers get their license to drive a truck when you’re on your phone all the time half of these drivers are on their phone illegal. You should get your license revoked. This is why real truck drivers can’t get a job on here because you pay them guys cheap.

The worst UPS location. Came here twice - the first time there was a line of 6 people waiting for the rep at the front desk for 30 minutes. No one even came out for half hour. Second time here - same story.

Had a deliver scheduled for today. Sat in the office for 3.5 hours only to have the driver pull into the parking lot, mark as undeliverable and drive away as I was walking out of the door to them.

Is a shame that every time that I got to the store the white people take care of me really well but black people can't help me at all And this is 3rd time that happens and I don't know why
