Incredible behavior at this store. Any time you see a sticker like “Hate has no place” infront of a store, it usually means people have complained about a specific group of people inside of it before that make up a majority of the staff for a very good reason. I have taken a relative of mine to this location several times and always feel like I’m being rushed and not welcomed, at all. The last straw yesterday was when a woman named Raquel spent several minutes having a conversation with a customer at the counter, and just because I wasn’t paying attention to when it ended she slammed on the counter at us and specifically said “you need to be here”. Absolutely incredible. The kind of behavior that belongs at Wal Mart or a house keeping division, not a store where luxury products are sold. Whoever is running this store needs to clean up the stores staff and fast. I’ve seen less rude people working at a food truck.

I had Asia cut my hair on 10/30 and I couldn’t be happier! She did such a wonderful job, I was so happy when I left. I was able to show her a picture of what I wanted and it’s exactly what she gave me. She made me comfortable in her chair and confident when I left. My husband loved my new haircut so much when he saw it. I can’t wait to have her cut my hair again.

I love going to Ulta, for me it is a paradise, I can last hours in there without getting bored and the people who serve are always ready to help. They look very happy.

My daughters and wife love this place. The prices seem high but makeup and skin stuff but I guess they sell the good stuff. It makes the ladies in my life happy,...they love their products. I'm just glad I'm a dude so I don't use that stuff.

I love Ulta and love that I don’t get hounded like at Sephora. BUT this store has some of the meanest and unkind people working there. Please take a look into this Ulta and their customer service as well as management!

Gio was super helpful! They helped me decide between 2 products and the one they recommend was out in the area since its a very popular product,so they went all over the store trying to find one and even consulted a couple other coworkers about where they would be possible to find more. Unfortunately they were compleatly out but they recommended ordering it for me and getting it shipped straight home. They truly went above and beyond.

Jexsenia is a great stylist! I really don't like getting my hair cut, but she listened to my concerns and was very understanding, which made me feel comfortable with her.

The store is excellent, but I don't recommend the salon. The worst hairbrush I've ever had, I left with worse hair than when I arrived and I paid $45.00 for it.

I went to return some stuff in ulta beauty in Davenport, FL 33837 (Posner Park) but they said that I could not return it , because I opened the product and I used some of it, the manager, Stephanie ?Said that because I used half of the products I can’t return it, I told her if I go to another Ulta they would return it quickly Because the Bottle is not empty and I can’t use the rest of the product, it made most of my hair fall out.?
then she said “do whatever you wanna do”? I drove 35 minutes To Ulta beauty in Orlando and I found amazing customer service and they returned The product with no questions asked. I will never go there again

Catterra was amazing she took me in as a walk-in, I was going away for my honeymoon and she took such good care of me, she was so personable but not just to me, but with other customers that approached her as well! She gave me some good beauty tips and made my eyebrows look amazing !
