“I recently helped my daughter retrieve her belongings from her storage in Florida and brought them to Louisiana. This was a one-way move. The personnel at both locations were very helpful, and U-Haul also gave me the opportunity to offset some of the cost by moving a piece of equipment to the destination for them. 10/10 would recommend! ❤️”
“Very friendly and helpful lady here! I was sent here after being sent to 2 different U-Hauls in Kissimmee and Orlando that did not have the equipment they listed. But this one did and the woman that helped me was extremely nice and helpful. Pretty nice and clean equipment as well.”
“The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the ground is very sandy, so it got all over my feet. Besides it being a very busy street, which has no bearing on this rating. To pull into the driveway there was a big drop, that can bottom out a lower vehicle. So, I am glad that I brought my SUV. Otherwise, Jonise was a pleasure to deal with and rented it to me the same day.She came outside to her garage with all of the paperwork and contract, being there was no office. It was rented from their home, which is a good idea, being they have plenty of land.Vicki”
“So first off Mike and Warren I believe is their names.... I hope so!! But both of them and were fantastic guys. One of them's a Dallas cowboy fan, which is America's team by the way.... Both gentlemen were right to the point and they had everything we needed. We went through inspected the truck. He wrote down what we saw was wrong with it. The truck took me from point A to point B and if I am ever down there again and am needing a rent Truck I would use them again so they get a five stars for me. Keep up the good work guys and go Cowboys!”
