I went to this salon for the first time and let me tell you, it was the best experience I ever had, I booked my appointment with Michelle and she was just amazing, she is super friendly! We never stopped talking, she was really transparent with the process and super professional, my hair looks phenomenal!!!! I’m in love with the results and for everything she did, I’m so happy I was able to booked with her because now I found my forever stylist, the salon is beautiful as well and super clean. 5 stars!!! I will recommend Michelle and this salon with my eyes closed!

Michelle was horrible to me. Refused to do my hair after agreeing to do it. She is also a coward. Got the owner to come over and was rude to me about my hair instead of Michelle talking to me. Treated very unkindly and extremely unprofessionally. Would never recommend.

As you know, changing stylists is scary stuff. I needed to be able to get my hair taken care of.at.the same time my mom had her appointment so I made the decision to move salons! Amanda is amazing and my hair turned out exactly, really better, than the inspiration pic I brought her. She accomodated my crazy schedule, and knocked my first appointment out of the park! Very pleased!

DO NOT GO IF YOU HAVE CURLY HAIR. I asked if they knew how to cut curly hair over the phone and they said yes. When I arrived they wet my head then cut it which you never do with curly hair. My hair came out significantly shorter than I wanted it. The haircut was nowhere near what I asked for and fancy layering was done with enthusiasm to make it seem like it was perfect when it in fact was not. If your hair is straight you should be happy here but definitely not for curly hair.

Today was my first time going to Timeless Salon. I seen Eric and he was fantastic. He took my extra long thick hair and cut it shoulder length, exactly how I wanted it. I highly recommend Eric. I already have 2 more appointments set with Eric!Thanks again. See you soon.

Noelle just made my whole day by transforming my tired, color-worn hair into a beautiful new look. The brass is gone. The cut is nice. Noelle is pleasant, attentive and interested in working with her clients to achieve the look they really want. I will be back! For the record, it didn’t take all day and it didn’t break the bank.
