If I could do 0 stars I would. This was by far the grossest Target I have ever been in. The bathrooms were THE DIRTIEST I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. Water on the floor, half the stalls not working, and toilet paper everywhere.

Never has the things as shown in other stores or up to date on seasonal trends. It’s a hit or miss here at this store.

They refunded the money as a gift card instead of back in the original source and said they couldn’t change it back. Worst service ever

This target is filthy and not cared for . The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Wet all over the floor, garbage everywhere, unsanitary. The store manager should be ashamed!!!! We have seen this many times. I’ve never seen a target like this , especially the bathrooms. They are constantly out of items as well , empty shelves.

Do online orders only to get half of what was ordered, called the store 10 times and finally someone answered and just hung up. Seems like no one wants to do their job at this location

Staff followed me around store. Don’t recommend if you’re a POC. Also I’m not sure what county this happened in but soon after the police started giving my boyfriend and I trouble in the surrounding area. Don’t do it guys. It’s a Good Boys Club and Targets involved

Last week I bought a box of Baseball cards as a gesture for my brother….. (I have bought a similar box myself of basketball, at a different target, about a year ago, I never opened it and decided one day I was going to return it, I learned that day, that you can’t return them at Target. No problem.) …. So Last week before I even pay for them I go to customer service and ask the Customer service staff politely “I know you can’t return sports cards at Target, but if it’s still unopened and it’s the wrong box for my brother. Am I able to?”
She insisted straight away no problem. I replied
“are you sure I have been through this before.”
“As long as the plastic hasn’t been opened you can return it sir” So I go ahead and pay the $60 for it.. I see on the receipt it says in RED NON RETURNABLE !? so I go back to Customer service and show her the receipt , it was at that point she went and got another Employee and asked her the same question. Second Employee also insisted “its ok aslong as you have the reciept and it’s not opened, you can return it”
.. so of course I trusted them.
Well today i drove all the way back to return them and there’s nothing anybody can do for me
😅😡😡
I expected a lot better from Target. To at least accept accountability on their part, especially after I really made it clear before I left the store with the product. Had I have known, taking the chance I was (not knowing which edition he collected) I wouldn’t never gotten them.
Shopped at Target for 20+ years but that definitely has changed my mind on where I will stop next time.
PS Selling a box of MLB sports cards for $60 if anyone wants 😅

The employees are usually very nice but the bathrooms here are always disgusting. Even sometimes when they've first opened... This is the worst target for bathrooms.
