This company has been nothing but a pain in the backside. Ridiculously overpriced for slow wifi, products pushed on you, and out of state help with horrible service. Only reason I am giving two stars is the man that finally came to my place was honest with shortcomings of his company, helpful and apologetic, although he was was a nice man and answered my questions he was short with frustration as well. If you can avoid this do so

I went in to upgrade my phone. I looked at all the display models and picked one based on my needs and price ($11.11/month). They said they didn't have it in stock and would order it to come in on Monday. I went in to pick it up and looked at the phones while I was waiting in line. The phone I ordered is now $24.99/month. I asked him why it changed and he said it was a promotion over the weekend, but they can't honor the promotion price since I'm activating it a couple days later. I said it's not my fault the phone wasn't in stock and he said they don't keep them in stock and have to get them in from another store. Then you shouldn't advertise the promotional price if you can't honor it. Very dishonest practice. I called customer service and they said there's no notation on my account that I ordered anything. That's convenient for them. I put my name and social on the pin pad when they wanted to review my account, so they know I was there.My advice to anyone going to this location to get a phone, insist on getting the price in writing if it's not in stock, and make sure they note it on your account.

Sent my husband to return some equipment. When my husband got there, they offered to take the equipment but refused to provide a receipt. They claim their system has no way to provide a receipt that shows the equipment was dropped off. My husband went to the parking lot and called customer support. CS was adamant that the store had misrepresented their ability to provide documentation. My husband went back inside only to be questioned as to who he had spoken to. The employee inside the store was adamant that CS was misrepresenting the reality of their logistics. My husband asked for a manager but was told there wasn't a manager on site. My husband gave up and went to a UPS store to drop off the equipment. In my opinion, the customer service at this store is atrocious and I will avoid going there at any cost.

Terrible experience. Went to exchange equipment for internet service and went to unbox the equipment only to find that it is missing the power adapterfor the modem. Next time give your customer everything they need before they walk out your doors.

This is the worst internet we've ever had. Weak connections, constantly goes in&out, needs very frequent restarts. It's just a nightmare and we really miss AT&T and Google from the past.

Staff and management were extremely nice and helpful, made the entire process quite easy for a non tech person to get set up with wifi. Store Management then went above and beyond after the sale to assist in requesting corporate removal of SS number from database (which shouldn't be requested to begin with). Thank you!!!

So I go and try to pick up my equipment and had the cops called on me and treated very unprofessional by a sales employee there! Customer service very poor! The employee was very aggressive as he told me that he is not sacred, sacred of what all I'm trying to do is to get my equipment thats all! Getting a lawyer involved and I did got corporate involved too.

Extremly rude sales associate. Cristina did not want to help because it was close to closing. Asked for manager name and she refused to give name. I was on the phone with spectrum help and they could not believe how rude this woman was.

Went to the spectrum on posner blvd in Davenport . At first the log in computer was not working . this lady and I were waiting on line. Then the manager/supervisor came and got the machine working so the people that walked in at that moment got to log in ahead of me and the lady.I was next because the clerk was yelling next and became 4th and the lady 5th. Yet the manager had seen us standing there for about 10 minutes and He would glance up at the board and hear the clerk yelling next but he preferred to stand like he was working for the secret service or security with his chest puffed out waited until three or four customers came in then he went to log the computer on so we could log in. Instead of being next I was almost at the end of the line.

um yeah no its good but the internet is slower than me getting ready for work and the price is through the roof it is way too expensive! the service is good though.

We went in to return our cable box and to see about switching our phones over from Verizon.Jan was excellent with helping us get set up. Very patient and gave us some good tips. My husband kept his phone and I purchased a new one. Jan helped to get everything transferred over to my new phone. We are very satisfied.

If negative rating for this store were possible, they would get the worst possible negative rating known to mankindSpectrum cooperation need to replace these awful employees at this store because all they do is take advantage of the company and do their best to do the absolute minimum amount of assistance to customers of spectrum all across this Polk county.I highly do not recommend going to this store and these employees need to be reported and replaced for wasting peoples time, taking company's money for being their own lousiness and getting paid to sit around and do absolutely nothing for the people.

Spent 30 minutes on the phone to cancel service. He told me I could go to ups or a spectrum store to drop off the equipment. I went to this store and the guy said they only use ups now, but he could keep my equipment in a cabinet and give it to ups when they come. But he could not give me a receipt or any verification that I dropped off the equipment. So now spectrum will not even let you return equipment to there own stores!!

Extremely rude staff that acted as if you were taking precious time out of their day. It was a 45 minute drive one way just for me to be treated like dirt. Called customer service from my vehicle in the parking lot and got my issue resolved. Will never be going back to that store
