“I am so honored to have met the young lady who answered my call. On 1/26/24, a family friend had called us that his responsibility to getting buttons made of our Dearly beloved family member , who is deceased, was too much to pay for, since he volunteered to pay for it.We, the family decided that we will pay for it and called the business. They said the amount and told us that the turn-around was going to be a week. The funeral was going to be the next day, 1/27/24! :(I called around for 24hr photo shops and the young lady who worked at the Staples, 3500 Posner Blvd, suggested to insert photos in clear buttons! She advised that she had circular sticker buttons that could be printed but we would need to get clear buttons somewhere. Your business closes at 8PM and I was looking for buttons and differrent places until Hobby Lobby came to the rescue!!! They didn't have 200 for what I needed but I took what they got, which was 36 and we just asked for sheets that printed 48 buttons.They told us that it would be ready by 7PM the next day...I told them that the funeral was in Orlando, (1hr 30min drive) and that it was a 12PM service, which would have traffic and there would be no way that we would fix the buttons and be there for the service, especially when we are the family relatives that needed to be there!She told us that it would be $6 to expedite and that they open at 9AM. I just prayed that whoever would see the notes and make it a MIRACLE. IT HAPPENNED.THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!! Our family REALLY believed that your staff helped us through this time and we are appreciative. I apologize for not getting the lady's name but please reward her for her idea to make this happen for our family.”

Today I went in with probably the biggest pack of Amazon returns that these guys have ever seen and they were nothing but patient and helpful.
