I had a horrible experience I came from out of state and stopped at Ross while on vacation had a horrible experience couldn’t even shop in piece because three loss prevention officers kept following and harassing me around the store while I was trying to shop two Hispanic men and one Hispanic lady I have never had anything like that happen in any store I have went to and that is very unacceptable to treat people like criminals everyone that is black is not a thief my husband and I work hard and have good paying jobs and prob make more then them

Veronica and sisi were the complete opposite of helpful and had zero customer service. Place is unorganized and dirty even for it being a Ross, shocked Veronica is even a manager with the nasty attitude she had id never return to this store or any others because of her.

let’s talk about how the security cops follow people around and just stare them down as i shop. i came to shop for my upcoming trip to vegas and the white women with a pony tail security cop was following me around looking in my cart the whole time i was their. i felt so uncomfortable i had to leave. unbelievable how management allows that. please do better management and hire more professionals security. horrible horrible horrible

This store was a complete mess. They had a very poor selection of clothing, and the fitting room was old, and dirty. The locks didn't even work. Very unimpressed.
