This is the only review for Reunion car care you will need to read.
Let’s face it the reason you’re reading reviews for mechanics is because you’ve been ripped off so many times by other mechanics and you’re trying to do your research and save yourself some money and hassle of being overcharged for incompetent and incomplete work on your car.
I am demanding as a customer, I am difficult to satisfy and will find the faults even if it’s the smallest one. Don’t believe me, read my other reviews lol
I needed brakes and my car was overheating. I’ve been letting these issues go because I was afraid of the costs that most mechanics and car shops charge. I know the cost for these items because another mechanic out-of-state had just done the work less than a year ago!!
When I called to schedule the work and was told “BY THE LADY”(read the only poor review by an obvious idiot below) that it was going to take almost a week to get an appointment, I almost went to a chain auto shop, which have the time to answer the phone on the first ring…..because they pay someone to only answer the phones.. they can add that person to payroll because they always overcharge you!
No matter what amount of time you have to wait for an appointment at reunion….WAIT AND TAKE THAT APPOINTMENT !!!
YOU WILL THANK YOURSELF FOR WAITING!!
THE WORK on my car WAS DONE PERFECTLY at HALF THE COST of what other auto repair shops charge!!
Reunion car care is an independent locally owned business!
Just like you and me they work hard for their money. “THAT LADY” runs the business and is from the Northeast. So am I, we can come off a little gruff, but it’s because we care and will get it done for you!!
When you take a couple moments to observe not just her, but all of the team working there you see something that I haven’t seen in years…. Honest, Caring people that go WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE YOUR CAR IS REPAIRED NOT ONLY CORRECTLY AND IS SAFE, but at A COST THAT IS LOWER THAN ANY other shops.
Things are changing in this country, not always for the better… WHAT MADE THIS COUNTRY GREAT WERE SMALL BUSINESS WHO WORKED HARD, HAD INTEGRITY AND GOT THE JOB DONE AT A FAIR PRICE, JUST LIKE THE TEAM AT REUNION CAR CARE!
So it’s your choice, bring your car for repairs to a place that answers the phone every time on the first ring, and has plenty of staff who do a bad job because they’ve never been trained due to corporate greed, then bring it back 10 times to have it fixed again and again again again or…
BRING YOUR CAR TO REUNION CAR CARE GET IT DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AT A REASONABLE COST, AND IF SOMETHING ISN’T DONE TO YOUR SATISFACTION, THEY’RE GOING TO MAKE SURE IT IS!!
Hopefully you tell everybody you know to go there also , we’ll have to plan our appointments a few weeks out, but it’ll still be worth the wait!

Good prices and great work.
This repair shop goes above and beyond.
More than fair prices and honest to a fault.
Thought my rack and pinion was bad found out it was not and returned the uninstalled parts and did not charge me for them.
Always looks to save me money on my bill.
If you don't use them you are really missing out.

I recommend this place. There is a mechanic who did an excellent job on my car. I don't know his name because his name is strange, but I know he is Puerto Rican. Good mechanic. Excellent place. I recommend it.

These guys were well priced and quick. They sourced the part and did work on my rusty vehicle that other shops turned away. They were also patient with me when I couldn’t come get my car right away.

Do not take your car here. The lady on the desk is a rude New Yorker who is impossible to communicate with. They take forever to fix things and do not tell you any problems that arise until you decide to call them…. I paid $2,500 and got 4 new tires and engine work done…. Tires have since deflated due to them damaging the beading and now the engine is burning oil. I tried to open the bonnet myself and the mechanism is broken. When I called she said she knew about that … but of course why would you tell a customer…..then she says oh … we don’t like to work on mini coopers….why did they not just tell me that in the first place instead of taking my money… worst ever experience with an auto shop…. When I picked the car up it showed issues on the computer and they had to take it back to work on it again….. beware…. Spend your money elsewhere.

Last year my daughter had an AC issue. She took it here, they replaced a valve, and added coolant. Things were great. Then a few weeks ago the AC went out again. She called, asking if there was any warranty on the service and was told no. The lady on the phone asked why we didn't bring it back 3 days after the prior service because they put leak detection dye in. We were never told about said thing.
So we brought it back, they added coolant, they added leak detection dye, and they charged the same amount as the first service despite this clearly being their mistake. After three days, brought it in, and they couldn't find the leak. Over $300 spent and zero fixes genuinely applied.

Reunion Care Car is my go too always. John, Carmen and the rest of the crew are amazing. I have been taking my vehicles here for over 4 years now and they are the most reliable,straightforward, and reasonable mechanics I’ve ever encountered. Very seldom can you find Honest mechanics and I must say Reunion Car care have been very helpful and honest.

Good honest people. This is the only place I trust with my car! Yesterday I brought in my car because the Check Engine Light turned on. It turned off a few days later but to be safe I brought it in anyway. They found that my dirty air filter had triggered the light, and cleaned the air filter for me. When I asked how much it would be, they said “have a good day” and wouldn’t let me pay. My husband has been going to them for years. We moved recently and will not go to any other car place near us. We will always make a drive down to Reunion Car Care.

The place was very warm and welcoming. All of my concerns and questions were answered thoroughly and professionally. I understood the needs and maintenance issues of my car. The prices were so reasonable compared to corporate garages.
