The old lady cashier was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was cursing at me because she didn’t have change and I told her to use my rewards then, she started cursing and calling me names. Super unprofessional, the owner or manager of the store needs to do something about this lady. Horrible experience.

Popped into this location driving back to Orlando from Haines City area. They are conveniently located in 27 and have plenty of parking spots and gas pumps. They are comparably prices to other has starting nearby.
Inside is near and tidy throughout the store. Bathrooms were pretty clean as well. They have lots of food and drink options, as well as a small selection of medicines and necessities closer to the register. They also offer frozen yogurt pulls as a fun treat!
Overall: A
Solid large gas station with plenty of selection and reasonably priced gas for the area.

I don’t know who the young lady who helped me tonight around 8:20 pm name is but she was literally an angel told me about the app that I had no clue about and saved me a lot of money knowing my financial status right now God bless you sweetheart ! She asked me if I needed help and everything giveeee her a raiseeeeee 🩷❤️(I think she was at the register )

I had a bad experience with a gentleman who said he was the “manager”. I ran out the house quick to go to the gas station to buy tobacco and all I had was my concealed carry Florida identification in the car with me. So I tried to use it to buy tobacco and I was denied. I let him know this is not my first time at this specific gas station or the one down the street across from Posner Park. He said he could not accept it. Why not? Identification identification. I’m a 25 year-old gun owner. How can I not buy tobacco? It is a Florida issued concealed carry license is it honestly does not get more real than that.

As a professional driver, I've been coming to this location for years due to its convenient location to my routes. The quality of service is better than any other gas station I've been to throughout the years and they have never caused me any issues or grief like some of these other reviews have mentioned. RaceTrac as a whole has been the best gas station BY FAR I've had the pleasure of visiting. My favorite thing about this place (and every other RaceTrac) is how logical each store is set up. You basically know where everything is. And EVERY PUMP has diesel. No longer do you need to guess which pump has the correct hose. This station also offers e-85 at every pump. The staff are very friendly and super helpful and make sure the store is stocked and ready for the early workers.
I will continue coming here especially since this store usually continues to stock their fuel even during named storms and hurricanes. Keep up the great work y'all!

I did really good on a gold rush multiplier so I went in and gave Noah. The most honest cashier $100 and I was just so excited with my win that I was leaving without my change and just really honest and wanted to give Recognition for super kudos

Place smelled like cigarette smoke and marijuana. Staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Shut down all food and ice cream machines early when other locations keep them open all night.

Constantly a line of more than 10 peopleThey rely on the “card only” self check out, even with multiple employees in the building, there’s only 1 person at the register until people start groaning and complaining.Also, “we ID everyone” signs all over the store are great from the people in their 20s and 30s. But the homeless guys that are obviously in their late 50s and 60s, it’s ridiculous to turn them away for not having ID, you’re not serving underage, there’s no law saying you HAVE to ID someone, only laws punishing you for not id’ing if they turn out to be underage. Be more considerate of these people and their situations.

Beware of turning into this Racetrac from Sanders road. It is a trap and illegal, I received 2 tickets for making an illegal turn at a cost of $300. ?
