I’m extremely patient because I’m a health care worker. I know how busy an office can get. I came in to this place made my check in. I put the option to wait outside, got my text to wait inside the facility. The appointment was at 11:40 I got the text at 11:45 am seated inside. I waited a long time because they were busy. When I asked the lady (already with an attitude) said that my name was called several times!!! I didn’t hear my name once while I was there waiting for a whole hour. I asked her if she could take me but she said I had to make another appointment. She never called my name!!! My point here is why she didn’t even take the time to draw my blood. It was my word against her word and I can proof that I was seated there the whole hour and she didn’t call my name once. I hope there are cameras. Did she make a mistake and maybe skipped my name? Called my name too soon and didn’t check that I put the option that I was waiting outside? Maybe… but she didn’t care. Unfortunately there are healthcare workers that don’t have the heart to work in this anymore and can’t be flexible or don’t know what is like to be a patient. I hope this never happens to you.

50 minutes waiting for my appointment.I was waiting in the "waiting room"... I made my appointment online before, and I made my checking in process at the counter, I saw my name on the TV... waiting and waiting, and my name disappeared. Never call me, and nobody knows anything about my appointment.The worst experience ?I'm not recommend this location.No manager on duty.Nobody cares about you!

On Monday morning my doctor told me I needed to bring a paper to quest. So the next morning I went to quest to drop off what we needed too. I signed in and only had to wait 2 minutes. Once in the room the lady was very disrespectful and rude. She automatically told me I could have just mailed it and “didn’t have to show up”. When she said this she was very rude and condescending towards me. Next I had to sign a few papers and she told me to sign my name and print my name. She never told me we’re on the paper so I just assumed it was were she pointed with her pen. Once I handed them back, she told me that wasn’t were I was to supposed to sign and violently grabbed the papers from me. I ended up signing and being able to leave after. I said thank you have a nice day and she never responded back. Overall she had a very bad attitude and was not a good experience.

Zero human beings to help you when you walk in for your appointment. Locked doors and a waiting room- no humans to check you in or answer questions. You must wait like a feral cat outside by a dumpster and when the door opens, pounce and ask the overworked nurse your question. Don't even think about coming in early for your appointment; they're way, way, way too busy to accommodate you without an appointment. These are life lessons.

How I wish I could give negative stars!!!! This place is by far the worste I have experienced. Today makes the third time where they refused to do a lab for me.First time they wouldn't do a pre-employment drug screen because I had my two year old with me (which is fine but that should be listed when I book the appointment so I could make arrangements)Second time I made an app at 530 am. So my husband could be with my son so we both took off work just for them to tell me they never received the lab slip from my Dr (my Dr had proof they sent it)Third time I made an appointment for a glucose test. As soon as I check in the tell me they can't see me because these tests take 1 hour and they close in 50 minutes. Like what on earth?!?!?!? Maybe you system shouldn't have let me schedule because I clicked the option of glucose test so why did it give me that time to choose from? To say I am beyond frustrated is an understatement.All of these things could have been avoided if they would try to demonstrate any form of communication. But they do not. They are just trying to make as much money as possible and do not care about your time at all. I will definitely be looking for another lab. I don't care if I have to drive farther I never want to experience their carelessness again.

Took my wife in for blood work this morning. Since we had extra time for our appointment we left and returned about 20 minutes before appointment but forgot we had to re sign in. Assistant was so helpful, she got us right in. Special shout out to Jameshia who was quit, friendly and very proficient. Hope to have her on my next visit.

Had a scheduled appointment, got there 12 minuest early and still had to wait 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. It is entirely self check in with no one to speak to for inquiries. My name was on the waiting screen after I self checked in and them after a while disappear.At lease the young lady that attended me was polite and kind. She made the process very easy.

Absolutely unprofessional business! If I could give this business a -1 star I would. Me and another customer showed up at this business and it specifically says online they are open until 3 but on the door it says only open till 2:30, and I even made an appointment, but when we got there they turned us away at the door but let another customer in. It makes no sense. I drove 30 minutes away with my children in the car. The man was very rude and wouldn’t even talk to us. Will never be going here again because they made me feel unsafe and unwelcomed.

Had to come back because they said that my urine sample wasnt enough. I got a call from JASMINE and she never mentioned the times. I asked the lady and she said it was fine, it was enough..Such an inconvenience. Lost around 1 hour of my precious day off for that and when I got there it was closed. Google says they close at 3pm, but they close at 230pm. I got there at 230, knock on the door and the manager JASMINE said she couldnt help me and even said that she doesnt work at GOOGLE, very rude person.It wasnt my fault at first place, she could be more flexibleI’m so frustrated and mad with the bad customer service. I made and official complaint with the organization and I hope to NEVER come back TO THAT SPECIFIC LOCATION.If I was able to give 0 STARS I WOULD

Terrible customer service! Terrible patient interaction! Jasmin was so rude, today not helpful her tone wasn't friendly at all, asked me to spell my husbands name i said George, right away she thought was Jorge? Really and was so sarcastic on responding to me, them she put the needle so hard make me jump didn't even told me sorry. And i asked what was your name she said Jasminand automatically changed her tone . Absolutely horrible. I KNOW they as a business are the worst out there! Their 5 star reviews are fake. Please teach this people some customer service.

Keep your receipts, make copies, have the insurance send you a copy of what was covered, do everything you can regarding your bill. Service was done on February and a bunch of bills just magically keep coming out of nowhere. Of course we never thought this would happen, so we don’t have any receipts of what was paid at that time. And the health insurance says to use only Quest so all procedures are covered. I don’t get it. Beware.

Terrible customer service! Terrible patient interaction! READ THE REVIEWS! They even quit responding to them because they KNOW they as a business are the worst out there! Their 5 star reviews are fake.Their kiosk check in system messed up and then rescheduled my appointment on its own for over an hour later. I showed the lady at the door my confirmation and she said she can’t help me in any way, even though it was their system mess up. You can’t call and talk to anybody because Quest Diagnostics is one of the laziest companies around. Choose a different company to give yours and your insurances money to.Oh, and if you get frustrated and question them, you will be asked to leave because of their poor service.

I was nervous because of the reviews but this place is so awesome. I was in and out. Just make an appointment come in few minutes early. Have your paperwork ready and upload your insurance info online before your appointment that's it. It's not complicated at all.

I’m so pleased with todays service. I made an appointment for my daughter, I checked in through my phone and was called back right away. My daughter needed 5 vials of blood taken out and Briana was AMAZING! She was so fast, talked to her the entire time and made her feel so comfortable. Place is also super clean. Never going anywhere else! Thank you Briana!

Horrible service. Employees with attitude. Refused to take my doctor prescribed lab orders due to a clerical error on Quest billing. Called customer service to resolve the problem while there and in that time they cancelled my appointment and wanted me to wait hours as a walk in.
