Not sure what’s happening but the quality of food hasn’t been good. Avocados look good on the out side bring them home and they are rotten. Steak has glue like substance between bone and fat. Bananas not ripening not edible. Lastly what did it for me was the expensive organic pasteurized eggs I bought looked good at the store when you opened the box, I went pulled the eggs out they were stuck to the bottom and 5 were broken. Very disappointed food used to be good it’s been like this for months.

The store was really close to where we stayed. It was well stocked and offered a variety of items. However, it was pricey.

The nastiest Publix I have ever been in! Don't believe the 5 star reviews they are fake! Management and people at customer service treat customers very badly. Would not let me return two small items. Felt like I was singled out to be
treated so badly. My girlfriend brought things back without a receipt without any problems for a full refund. THIS NASTY OVER WEIGHT LADY AT CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID SHE WAS TOLD BY THE MANAGER NOT TO GIVE ME ANY REFUNDS. I AM JEWISH AND THEY ARE AWARE OF IT AND IT SEEMED LIKE DISCRIMINATION. She told me I could wait an hour for this manager to get back and did not even attempt to contact him or give me any customer good will. That was simply crazy.
Notice this store never reply on here to help with any complaints at all and this store never offer to solve them and therfore not care about customers bad experiences.
Will file a charge of discrimination with the EEOC through their Public Portal against the people at this location. There is no excuse for their bad behavior towards me.
The day before purchased three dozen roses there and filled a prescription without any problems there. Then the next day to treat me so badly and threatened to call the police and trespass me is insane and those people at customer service should be fired! What horrible customer service for a good customer like me that purchases Thousands of dollars a month at Publix.
Plus there is road construction going on a VERY long time and you take your life in your hands risking a bad accident making a left turn out of the parking lot!
Will talk to Brian the area Manager to see what he can do about these very nasty people at this store. I can see why this store does not have as many customers as other Publix in the area.
