Tried to call ahead of time to make sure my prescription was ready, lady kept trying to transfer me and no one would answer. I spent more time calling then I would have driving straight there. So I go over to the pharmacy, ironically the assistant manager is the only one here and of course now I gotta walk around for 10 mins because my prescriptions aren't ready.Just answer the phone and make both your life and the customers life easier..

Terrible customer service at the deli. Waited forever just to be told he needed time to make the online orders before mine. They had plenty staff behind the counter to make a sandwich.

Publix what is this! It is hard like a rock and barely nothing in it!!! So disappointed. I HATE ordering online because they could careless making your sandwich that you pay almost $9 for! It's like you have to be right there just to make sure your sandwich is FRESH and that they don't skimp on it. I'm so mad! Never ordering online OR stopping at this location. Don't order online not worth it!

I shop here weekly and love it. The staff is very friendly and willing to help if you can't find something. The store is clean. Great bakery and deli. They also have a pharmacy and a floral department. The parking lot is well lit and feels safe even at night. There's lots of Disney merch in different sections around the store because of the amount of tourists staying in the area.

I tend to forget to stop here, the only thing i do give heads up on. Is some of the stuff is pricey. The also have two areas for salads. U will find those huge ones by the samishes place and then next to the cut fruit area you will find smaller sizes with more fruit options. No biggie. Just another, in and out. Knew what i wanted, i was a little bummed out though. I was hopping to find caviar in this one. They usually carry caviar in areas with higher demand for fancy things. Guess ill buy it when i get home, didn't felt like big food. Just caviar n cheese crackers type hunger. Went with the next best thing. Sushi. They didn't have the eel so went with spicy, tempura. It was ok. Popped a couple fresh figs in the tank and now i am a happy mama. Im laughing though. The dms are going crazy again. Low key want to hunt, i'll blame it on the figs! Lol

Easy in and out and decent Disney collection as we didn't want to purchase in the park. Other than Disney stuff the Prices were pretty high compared to most stores but it was the closest to our air bnb. The staff was so nice from the front door to the checkout to the parking lot. It's nice to see they obviously are great to work for based on staff interactions so 4 star overall.

Don’t bother making a vaccine appointment because they won’t call you if they run out- so it’s a waste of time- they don’t even call around to see where they can send you- just a TS to them- Daphene and Stephanie- thanks for nothing

Fantastic place to get quite a variety of groceries for the vacation rental home! I rate 5 stars in my short visit to this store...the cashier was super nice that I dealt with. All workers I saw were smiling and willing to assist! Definitely a hopping place for vacation traffic. Prices were not extreme.... a must stop when we return. Great experience! I cannot say enough about this most precious man at Publix Pharmacy at Champions Gate, Florida 33896!!! I've had nothing but the VERY BEST SERVICE with David (Dave)... MY MOST FAVORITE PHARMACIST EVER!!!! I think he had an associate today, maybe his name was Zach... but totally not certain. They've been consumed with COVID testing/whatever goes along with that, but also doing their best to fulfill prescriptions, answering phone calls, answering questions, completing transfers from out of town, completing orders, calling doctors and insurance companies when needed. They have gone ABOVE and BEYOND their duties and done so very successfully. Publix, Dave deserves recognition of doing his job to the highest of expectation. Thank you Dave, You've been nothing less than AMAZING!!! You are THE BEST AND SO VERY APPRECIATED!! ?????????
