They never get my prescription ready until I call them about it. Then they say "give me about a half an hour." Really considering changing pharmacies at this point to one who give better customer service and processes my prescription timely.

Check everything before you leave (dosage, prescription, etc). If anything is wrong, you have to fix it there asap before you leave. They don't do refunds for even unopened items that aren't drugs.

I went today to pick up meds and to get two vaccines. Destiny was really sweet and caring I was nervous she made sure I was ok the whole time. She was very happy and polite with all the customers that came to pick up meds. Destiny if you’re reading this keep up the great work publix is lucky to have you !!

Overall just an okay pharmacy, I only go here out of convenience it being close to home & they never call you or have an automated service to let you know your prescription is ready.

So I dropped off a prescription a week ago. Go to pick it up today 1/3/22 and I was told they cannot find my prescription that they lost it. You guys are very irresponsible for losing a very important document shame on you. I will never fill my prescription with Publix anymore and won't recommend to anyone. Don't waste your time here.

Arrived to pick up prescription to find the only had 8 pills out of my entire order. They neglect to call and tell they could fill the entire order, before I drove all the way to the store. Pharmacist was very rude and defensive. Very frustrating:(
