Many customers find the pharmacy convenient because it is close to home. However, there is no automated service that calls when a prescription is ready. Overall, the pharmacy staff are praised for being sweet, caring, happy, polite, and helpful. The pharmacy is appreciated for its excellent service and assistance.

They never get my prescription ready until I call them about it. Then they say "give me about a half an hour." Really considering changing pharmacies at this point to one who give better customer service and processes my prescription timely.

I went today to pick up meds and to get two vaccines. Destiny was really sweet and caring I was nervous she made sure I was ok the whole time. She was very happy and polite with all the customers that came to pick up meds. Destiny if you’re reading this keep up the great work publix is lucky to have you !!
