I've been taking my 3 dogs to Polo park for about a year and I have probably called them way too much with concerns on my girls, but they are always willing to help. The 2 vets also never rush me during visits and spend way more time than I'm used to addressing my concerns and answering questions.

The front desk staff is very rude, will ignore clients, and gossip about clients.
LONG VERSION
We just moved to the four corners areas, and I needed a good vet and was recommended to Polo park. I made a mistake by not looking into them or checking reviews before booking my appts. I took my senior dog in due to constant UTIs. Our first appt dr did ultrasound and prescribed 5 days worth of antibiotics. He told me on our follow up that I wouldn’t be charged for the ultrasound (I was charged for it). When the UTI returned within a week, he prescribed more antibiotics (upon my request). I wouldn’t mind remaining at this vet, but I won’t due to the front desk staff. They make us feel so little because my dog doesn’t get along with cats (and they have cats hanging out everywhere in the lobby), and are not very accommodating that she is scared of other dogs because she’s been attacked. They will also completely ignore you mid conversation to play with their cats. And after reading many reviews about the dr and staff, I’m making a very good choice.

During our vacation our little man Semmy got so sick he had to be put to sleep. I can’t express how welcome and supported we felt by this animal hospital. Even though we had no appointment they went above and beyond to take their time for us. We are devastated but so appreciative of their support. I highly recommend this vet.

Dr.Trey is awesome. He's very kind and gentle. The staff are all great as well!
Update: we moved an hour away and tried another vet and it was terrible. No matter where we live from now on we will alway drive to see Dr. Trey. We 100% trust him and he explains everything so well. He is the best.

I'm a snowbird and had several issues with my older dog. Dr. Jones was amazing. He fit me in the next day for an ultrasound, and was very thorough and knowledgeable. He even called me after hours and on the weekend to check on my dog.
The whole staff is wonderful, especially Kim.

We are in the Clermont-Davenport area for three months each new year. We travel with our now six year old dog. Thru our neighbor we found this wonderful Animal Hospital so close. The staff and Vet were wonderful and treated Chase for a double ear infection. Thanks so much for being so caring.

My kitty was sick and approximately 17 years old (she was a stray and we had her that long) and she needed to cross the rainbow bridge so I made an appointment. We’re full time RV’ers and I didn’t have a cat carrier so I held her in my arms. The policy is to bring your animal in a carrier, for your safety and others, but Bailey had never been in a cat carrier and I just couldn’t do that to her on today of all days! They did offer one of their carriers, since I didn’t bring one, but I just stayed outside holding her in my arms until our appointed time. The office staff was wonderful. That is such a horribly, awful, thing to have to do but they really were terrific and sensitive. When it came time to say goodbye, instead of putting her in a carrier, the veterinary assistant just carried her away in her arms. For a really difficult situation, they made it the best possible.

My new vet where I take all of my 3 babies. This place is so nice and clean and very welcoming. I love how the cats just walk around they are so cute!!! Did I mention they are not expensive? My Shitzu has a skin issue and the vet was so upfront didn't try to up sale anything other than letting me know I needed to use a particular wash for her skin. So far I now know how to care for her skin. The customer service is beyond excellent. If you are thinking about going to this place look no further because they are amazing.
