Car got towed and went there to get it. He said the total . Had to get all my money together to pay and when I got back he wasn’t there so his little son helped and barely understood English. So he was on ft with him .I didn’t know he didn’t accept card. His son told him I had card and he started screaming over the phone . Had his wife or who ever she was screaming and going off on me over the phone. He never said he didn’t take card. They could have handled the situation better. That was very poor customer service .

They towed my car yesterday then when I go to pick it up my tire was popped and on top of all that they charged me for 2 days of storage when my car wasn’t even there for 24 hours!!! This place needs to be checked out or shut down they also charged me an additional 75 dollars for what they said was paperwork processing fees absolutely horrendous service STAY AWAYService: Car towing

I have had the same experience that Joseph Rink has had. They recently towed my vehicle unlawfully without any proper evidence. The police department told me it was parked "illegally", while they are claiming it was considered a derelict vehicle. I was given a fee different from one over the phone, and the refused to cooperate with requested information in order to file an affidavit of complaint with the court house. I have a strong impression that the HOA and this business are aware of this illegitimate, predatory practice and unprofessional behavior.

Terrible experience. My car was towed because of a neighborhood regulation I was not aware of and while that was bad enough I was treated hostile over the phone. I was told to take any complaints to the HOA and when I did and contacted the towing company again they were even more hostile and uncooperative when I asked about the HOA contacting him about the report they were compiling.I was also told that I owed one amount and then in person told that I owed more. Then he tried gaslighting me into thinking I heard him wrong. What’s worse is that it was in cash so if I didn’t have the extra cash I would’ve been stranded at the impound lot.Service: Car towing

THE WORST towing company, I live in Sandy Ridge in Davenport and had an Accident May 2, the car WAS TOWED the next day Because it was 'inoperable' !?!?!? The CAR WAS OPERABLE and the HOA of SANDY RIDGE say they cant do nothing, I have to Lawyer up nowTHE WORST COMPANY
