I would leave no stars if possible. The husband that runs things is pretty nice but the wife is nasty and rude to customers. She watches you on cameras and wants to know what you’re doing at all times. We literally joke that if we take too long organizing our stuff or going through our stuff she will come over in her golf cart and look around all nosey and want to know why we’re taking so long with OUR STUFF. The unit itself is nasty, there’s dead and alive roaches everywhere, and ants get all over your stuff. They stink so bad it ruins your stuff PERMANENTLY. Every month we get a notice the unit is going up in price and there’s an increase. It’s a joke. I’ve noticed most of their good reviews are due to the U-Haul rentals but check out some of the other negative reviews from people storing their stuff here. I wish I would have listened to them and not been tricked by their overall good rating.

This place is awful. They do not take cash app payments (the man said this is the same as cash which they dont take) even though the person in front of me literally paid cash. The wait time is also ridiculous. Do not waste your time or money here.

This was my designated drop off location for a U-Haul rental. No one one in the office and no one answered my phone calls.
When they finally arrived I was told they didn’t have room for the trailer.
I explained this was the location on my contract. He said the address was a “suggested location”
He said if I dropped it off he would have it towed. He was very rude and nasty.
I put one star only because zero isn’t an option.

I’d give this place no stars, one the Managers are petty and not helpful. No compassion for others. These units are nasty all my stuff had bugs in them and some of my stuff got ruined from the rain so that means my unit had a hole somewhere and to pay $80 a month for that was ridiculous. I would not recommend anyone storing there things here
