Dr Aquino Robles is professional and extremely knowledgeable. She takes the time necessary, is thorough & listens . She’s the best and helped me and my wife with chronic care. This also applies to her office staff. Eager to help and very nice, supportive. It gets no better than this office. Excellent especially for geriatric patients.

My mom has dementia & bi-polar disorder, which makes her care very difficult. The nurse (Nee?) & NP B Finney were very patient with her, & Ms Finney seemed to intuitively understand how to deal with that. Dr appts cause tremendous stress for Mom & she can become agitated & combative, so we were so pleased with how successful the visit was. It was a crucial new patient set-up so it was really important to us. Thank you so, so much!

I have a good opinion about Dr. Aquino's treatment. Very professional friendly. And cooperative (((But... some of the...counter staff treat me very horrible at the beginning. For Mrs. I don't even want to say her name, she knows who she is, too many inconveniences and lack of respect play with human capacity, I remind you that they try with elderly human beings, I was not able to speak with the person in charge of the office and I had to go to another office in that center at an administrative level to report the facts. It is good that the owner knows what is happening. Behind his back they call me and. Then they say they didn't call. Among other errors Many many continuous administrative errors the list is very long I demand respect My opinion changed from positive to negative something is happening investigate you cannot treat people with indifference and ridicule.

The doctor took their time with my questions and they were on time. I felt palm clinic cared about my health. And you don't wait hours for the doctor to see you. They take all Ins so any one can be seen. I even reffered 2 people to Palm

mine was an ER visit follow-up that was supposed to be one to two days after the ER visit that was April 29 and I got in on May 7. I don't think that is good enough. If they were that busy someone should have stayed one-half hour later or come in one-half hour early. I am checking out new doctors.
