“Customer service is great, but it's kinda odd that I bring equipment in to spectrum. And then they send me to the UPS store, and I had the wonderful box that spectrum sent the equipment to me in and the U. P. S store said they couldn't take the box. That is for the piece of equipment that they would put it in their own box, so a little strange that all that happened that way doesn't make any sense to me, but yeah. I do like the store and the customer service”
