“This is the best att store!!! I bought, out of a lack of knowledge, my iPhone 15 somewhere else (upgrade from 12 and some perks) and then was left alone with resetting the old one for return, set up and so on. Also had some issues with Apple ID and Att account. This store straightened all out for me, explained my account, bill, savings and so on and took care off the old phone return. I highly recommend this Att store.”

But every employee that I have talked to, regardless of if they are at order pickup, customer service desk, or working at a register have all been happy and pleasant. I know it is not an easy time if the year for them, and I truly appreciate the hard work they are doing to help.”

And then they send me to the UPS store, and I had the wonderful box that spectrum sent the equipment to me in and the U. P. S store said they couldn't take the box. That is for the piece of equipment that they would put it in their own box, so a little strange that all that happened that way doesn't make any sense to me, but yeah. I do like the store and the customer service”
