UpdateOpen for maybe 2 years. Very busy store. Need to open one in winter haven getting here from south is a chore. 40 minutes to go less than 20 miles. Not marshalls fault just shows demand.Slacked off on their food specialties like coffee. Poor selection of what used to be awesome. Still some deals but inflation has reeked havoc on pricing. Still good to wander around and find deals

Great store for shopping BUT terrible checkout service. 9 tills, 3 open, at least 30 people in the queue. We queued for 40 mins. Why on earth you wouldn’t cross train your staff I don’t know!!!

Horrible experience in this store. I picked up a decoration during the sale and when I got to the cashier I asked if I would get another discount as the piece had a broken corner. The cashier called the manager who noticed that I didn't speak English well and looked at me strangely. She looked at the product and said “this product is not on offer, it has the wrong label”. I was very surprised and said “But the markdown code has the same number! It's not wrong! She insisted and told me that if I wanted to take it I would have to pay the previous sticker price. I was very angry because I realized that she was being prejudiced because I was a foreigner. The manager is a prejudiced blonde woman with blue eyes!!

Not enough checkers..line too long and clerks walking around the store..should be able to call them up to run registers..they should be cross trained

Always a hodge podge of items. Aisles are small and crowded. People love it. Took us about 20 min to check out, which wasn't bad for how long the line was.

I was so excited about going to HomeGoods on Saturday, January 27,2024The very first time in Davenport, Florida, just moved to Florida from Connecticut .And I was treated like I was a person who was on a Plantation trying to steal somethingI was told that I changed a sticker on a clearance itemInstead of the cashier going to check it out , after I paid for the item, I went back and showed her-THAT ALL OF THEM WERE ON the CLEARANCENEVER WAS TOLD SORRY OR DID SHE OFFER ME A REFUND ( I PAID THE FULL AMOUNT 15.99) Instead of the $7.99!!!!NEVER AGAIN
