Worst place to take a drug test don't go stay away the receptionist doubles as a lab technician apparently and I seen ppl waiting literally 6hrs to be seen customer service is horrible as well they don't answer phones and don't care about the clients they are more like sheep than ppl to them its really sad

I had a 9:45 AM appointment and arrived ten minutes early, yet I wasn't called until an hour later... just to confirm my email. After waiting even longer, I asked when I'd be seen at the front desk (which, by the way, there is no designated front desk receptionist... they have a nurse sit there every now and then, but they'll leave the desk unattended in order to avoid having to deal with the roomful of angry clients) and was told they were “a little behind schedule.” That was clear already, given how crowded the waiting room was. It was obvious they had overbooked and scheduled overlapping appointments. This kind of disorganization is unacceptable, especially when many patients are fasting for their tests. If you’re not going to honor appointment times, don’t require people to show up early. To make things worse, the staff was rude when I asked about the delay. For a healthcare facility, this level of unprofessionalism is extremely disappointing. A simple urine drug test that should’ve taken 15 minutes had me there until 1:30 PM, without the ability to eat and in a very unsafe and unsanitary-looking location. I wouldn't return here even if they offered me a billion dollar check.

Absolute worst experience. They take forever even if you have an appointment. 3 hours is insanity to wait for lab work or any other service they provide

I loved the experience I had today at this location. I scheduled my labwork appointment, but once in, Kelly the labwork technician told me that they have no labwork order from the provider. Which caught me by surprise because the provider told me they'd sent that internally. She allowed me to contact the provider to see if they could get that sent to them without me missing my appointment. After a couple of tries and multiple calls, she finally got my labwork order and proceed to attend me. She was so patient, flexible, and kind that I couldn't believe it. Most labwork places I've gone aren't that adaptable to the patient situation. The other technicians that were there also were so kind and attentive with me at all times. This review stays short to all the good things they truly deserve. Labcorp @Davenport is lucky to have such amazing human beings working there. Thanks again, Kelly!!💝

This place is absolutely unacceptable. It was filthy, and the staff were incredibly rude and disrespectful. I brought my child in for bloodwork at 6 a.m., as her doctor instructed us to walk in. Despite arriving that early, we were left waiting until 8 a.m., only to be told that appointments would be prioritized over walk-ins—regardless of the fact that this was a child needing care.
The lack of compassion and professionalism shown toward my daughter was appalling. I cannot understand how anyone could be so indifferent to a child in need of medical attention. I would never recommend this facility to anyone, and I certainly won’t be bringing my child back here. I will gladly pay out of pocket for a private lab if it means she will be treated with dignity and care.

Definitely under staffed, the waiting room was packed with people coughing in close quarters. But I must say, Nurse Gladys was the best, she was professional, very safe and efficient with my lab process. Thank you Ms. Gladys

This is ridiculous. This place needs new management or new CEO. You accept more appointments and walk-ins then your team can handle. That's call greed, its insane you have to wait 3hrs for an appointment that was 3 hrs ago. Stop being greedy for money and the company can be more successful. This will improve the wait times and crowded waiting area. Also false advertisements of they will text you when you are up next. No texts were sent, and I choose to wait outside due to the covid scare inside because people were standing very close to our another. Horrible experience

Staff is very slow in response time. The waiting room is full of people that have been sitting here since the doors opened at 6 am and have been waiting over 2 hours without being called back.. WITH an appointment at that. Worst experience I’ve had so far with Labcorp. Will not be returning to this location if I need more labwork done.

Never have i ever witness such ugly behavior coming from nurses. They were rude and nasty. I’m sorry there should always be someone there to help you. But to be sent to the kiosk and then be giving you a problem is a problem. Maybe it’s not the people and it’s the system and nurses.

Do not come here unless you want attitude by people that don't want to do their own job. They also don't have a front desk nurse, everything is done by the kiosk. The nurses don't want to be bothered unless your name is called on. They are very rude and not understanding. just saying I heard the nurse threaten a patient if he didn't settle down that she was going to call the cops when the patient did nothing wrong.

go anywhere besides here, they are rude and obnoxious. they don't have anyone at front desk and when trying to ask them a question, they try to dismiss you. I over heard the conversation between a nurse and a young man. she wants to tell him that he made a mistake and that he's in the wrong, I'm sorry but excuse me you should have provide someone at front desk so people aren't making mistake at the kiosk. this young man was defending himself saying that's not the information he put in and the ladies didn't want to listen to him but wanted to gang up on him saying he was being disrespectful, when I didn't witness him disrespecting any of them. he seemed like he just wanted his son to be seen nothing more, nothing less. these nurses need to take classes on customer services.

I do not recommend this labcorp not one bit! They have no front desk person, they don’t want to help you use the kiosk. They don’t tell you how long of a wait even when you have an appointment. Nasty attitude when trying to ask them a question. God forbid the information is wrong, they going to put the blame on everybody else beside their own system.

Forced to used drivers license and an email address to check in, even though my own form stated I didn't need to and I had the lab order in my hand. I won't use any LabCorp again if I can avoid it

My God, they are really slow, when it comes to serving inside, outside they are fast, but those who serve inside are very slow.
