Disappointed with what I received I booked a simple clipper cut. Apparently the stylist did not know how.
She butchered my hair looked like a toddler took the clipper and scissors to my head.
Yal should not offer a service/ cut if your stylist does not how to do a proper cut.
Requested style: Booked a last min appt for a haircut (clipper cut)
Description states “A clipper haircut using one or multiple guards/blades to achieve the finish cut; followed by a detailed, tapered perimeter.”
Well let’s just say I was better off not getting a haircut. I was and still am beyond disappointed and pissed I booked for a service and the stylist was not capable of properly providing the service I booked.
She did not achieve the finish cut with clipper nor with scissors. Definitely not detailed. She left me looking like I attempted to cut my own hair especially with using the scissors.
Should not provide a service if stylist are not capable of doing said service

While my hair came out beautiful my stylist did not have a thorough conversation about my consultation I was unaware at the end of my service when going to pay that she had charged me for a long hair charge so my shampoo cut and blow-dry ended up being $60 they charge my husband for an Express cut which should have been a clipper cut and everything for two people came out to $110 the lady knocked it down $95 I am a stylist myself and I know how important consultations are I believe that the stylish should have made it right because a clipper cut was only $22 and if you're a stylist you're supposed to have that consultation because that is an important part of the service when you get a haircut because at the end of the service when everything is said and done it shell shocks people when you go to a salon be careful how you are being I feel like a lot of services were added on that were not supposed to be just to make some services and that is not fair to the client honestly feel like it should be made right being a stylist myself

Preston is very skilled and keeps up with current techniques. He went way out of his way to make my daughter happy. He listened to everything she said and was so sweet and patient with my her. It was the first time she had done anything so drastic to her hair. Thank goodness it came out amazing, and most importantly she loves it!

I came here to get my hair colour done. I am always scared to try somewhere new especially abroad. I booked my appointment with Norma and explained to what I was looking for and oh my gosh she done amazing work. I 1000% love my hair and will be back most definitely. I saw Maggie 3 times. First time was okay, not great, but okay. Second cut not much better. I gave her a 3rd chance, and she cut a big chunk of hair out of the angle of my bob haircut. I was done with her. I waited about 8 weeks to get another cut to let the hair grow back she so carelessly chopped off, went to see Waleska. She did a great job somewhat correcting the mess Maggie made, but I had to wait a few more weeks to get it cut again and let the gap Maggie made fill in. Friday I had a 6pm appointment with Waleska again. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time. Checked in and took a seat. A few minutes later, Waleska came to tell me she’ll be right with me, she’s finishing another cut. I waited and waited. 6:10 pm, nothing….6:20….nothing. 6:30…..nothing. At 6:42 I had enough, got up and left. The entire time I sat in the waiting area, I heard the stylists conversing with each other In spanish, laughing and carrying on. The entire crew is extremely unprofessional, and I was very disappointed in Waleska letting me sit there for that long, when my appointment was at 6 pm. I have no problem waiting for up to 15 minutes after an appointment time, but 42 minutes is extensive and unacceptable. And who knows how much longer I would have sat there, had I not left at 6:42 pm. Definitely not going back or recommend this place.

Worst experience in this place with Maggie,she canceled my appointment 3 times last time no notification and when I finally got it surprise the day of my appointment Maggie was taking care other customer at the time of my appointment and people working there just ignoring me,I felt sad.
