“Nice clean the managers are professional. But here is a tip. Do Not go to this location during school drop off and pick up times. There is a lot of school traffic during these times, which can lead to exit frustrations.”

“Shopping was great. The gentlemen who helped fill the balloons for my daughter's birthday was very nice. The cake and cupcakes the bakery did for my daughter's birthday, were perfect.”

“Always clean place and fresh food. Better prices than in many grocery stores. Also important European food and healthy food. My husband loves Tilka Masala from India that we can find here. Better than in Miami prices. And we always find great meats for our BBQ there and fresh veggies. Now new collection of low calories wine.”

The produce and canned stuff is awesome! the spices and herbs have such a great aromatic smell and.....THEY GOT BEER! Grab yourself some red stripe and bathe in the sun for a day a d forget about work and your problems lol Im glad this store is around the corner!”

“Service is not always fast but I would say more average for fast food. Food quality is not perhaps highest cuisine but then again it is fast food. Things are presented in proper form from the window and generally speaking is quite acceptable. Price wise it seems to be an improvement at times over Burger, King and McDonald's.”

“My male dog was biten by a pygmy rattlesnake.
As soon as I walked in the door they took him to an examination room, they went above and beyond, extremely friendly staff.
I can't praise them enough!”

“This location is always super friendly to help when you ask them to, although I think that it wouldnt hurt if they offered assistance from time to time. Other than that the checkers are all really nice and actually pay attention to you instead of shouting down the line in their own personal conversations. They usually always offer my girls stickers, so much so that my 4 year old expects a sticker at ever other store we go to. haha. The sales floor is clean and stocked and the food is fresh.”

“There's a manager named Chrissy in there who goes above and beyond the call of duty EVERY SINGLE DAY! HER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE EPITOME OF WHAT EVERY CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE SHOULD STRIVE TO BE LIKE.! SHE ALWAYS PUTS ME IN A GOOD MOOD, EVEN IF I WALKED IN WITH A BAD ONE! I HOPE SHE WILL BE RECOGNIZED AS A PILLAR IF DOLLAR GENERAL AND THE TREASURE THAT SHE TRULY IS!!!”

“I love B.J.'s, (except for one thing). Right when you walk in the place looks great. Inside, there is a lot of space, it's clean, everything is laid out well to where you can easily find what you are looking for. They have a wide selection and the prices are amazing. The only issue I have is the 3rd-Party sales company attempting to use some wannabe time-share sales person, trying to apply pressure sales tactics on me while I'm grocery shopping. Today (3/12), I went to B.J.'s to get food for my house for Mother's Day. When I'm taking my cart in, my mind is on Mother's Day, and what all I need to get so I don't have to go back to the store. I'm looking at the isle markers and my list, trying to make sure I don't miss anything. Then out jumps cell phone dude. He crowbars my attention by stepping out into the isle and saying loudly, "Excuse me sir! What cell phone provider do you use!?" Fumbling for an answer because my cell phone plan is literally the last thing on my mind at the moment, I politely reply, "Spectrum". I believe in being polite even when someone's conversation is unwanted so I say that and keep walking with my shopping cart. I'm 15-20 feet away and he, not just leaving it at that, asks the back of my head, "how much are you paying?" Thinking of the shortest answer I could find because I don't want to engage the dude I say, "I'm not sure." and keep walking. Before continuing this review, of course I know how much my cell phone bill is, I just don't want to further engage this guy. I'm 20-30ft away and this joker shouts at me, "DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH YOUR CELL PHONE BILL IS?!?! GOTTA KNOW HOW MUCH YOUR BILLS ARE MAN!!! IN THIS ECONOMY?!?!" Who does that??? Right now I'm sitting on a 739 credit score, so suffice to say, I know EXACTLY how much my cell phone bill is, and how much every other bill is. Why do you guys have these Carnival Barkers standing in your store heckling your customers when they are just trying to get groceries? Who thinks this is a good idea? Addionally, I dread the line to leave the store. I get that you want to check everyone's cart on the way out and I don't have any problem with that, but why you gotta have Home Improvement chick  hitting me up for a remodel? I forget what this one opened with but again, being polite, I say "Thank you but I live in an apartment". In front of everyone she responds, "Well I hope you can get a house some day!", as if to say she hopes I can wrestle myself away from the clutches of poverty to one day experience the American Dream. It's nobody's business but I live in an apartment by choice. I don't know exactly where in Florida I want to plant roots so until I find that place, I choose the flexibility of renting. There. I don't know why you guys have these people. These are the 1st people your customers come in contact with and the last people as well. Is that really a good idea? And if it is, why doesn't Pubix have them? Or Target? Or Aldi's? Or Kroger? I will definitely be back but I gotta say, if Cell Phone dude, caught me on my first day at B.J.'s, I wouldn't have made it to the meat section. I would have turned around and left. I wouldn't be a member either. So, I Cell Plan guy made a sale, I really do but I wonder how many 1st time customers of B.J.'s he ran off today in the process. One? Two? My wife and I spend about $800-$1,000/mo at B.J.'s so multiply that out for a year and, you get the picture. I give B.J.'s 5 stars because the place and employees deserve it but this situation will be in my mind when coming again. Lastly to Cell Plan Company dude, why not just smile and pass out brochures like a normal person? I guarantee you I would have read it and there's a good chance it would have wound up on my kitchen table.”
