Arranged for them to be rented out, and has now handled the sale. Always difficult when buying and selling as a long distant foreign owner.

Anyone can try to sell a house, but true sales professionals sell themselves and develop a strong personal relationship which makes you return.
They have a proven marketing concept which makes selling your house easy.

It was a pleasure working with Jeri. She is honest, trustworthy and very professional. We first used Jeri in 2015 with the purchase of our first house in Florida. Since then she was part of a closing in 2021 and was instrumental in our closing this last week. She really helped us through the maze of problems we encountered with our buyer. We certainly couldn't have sold this house without her expertise. Jeri, her husband Bob and daughter Katrina are a superb team. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Our experience with Florida Reality Marketplace and their agent Karen Branch was completely trouble free. All of our questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. There was no pressure and we were allowed as many visits to the property as we asked for and as much time as we needed each visit. In the future if the need arises we would definitely use Florida Reality Marketplace and Karen Branch again.

Bob and his team were very thorough with the listing, presentation and handling the details of the sale of our property. We listed a property that was somewhat unique in the fact that it was a hotel condo as opposed to a regular residential property. I think they did a great job and will hire them again for my next real estate transaction.

This is my second time using her as my family’s realtor and would recommend her to all!
