I don't understand how I call an hour ago for my prescription, and was told over the phone there was no co-pay, but when I go to pick it up I have to pay. Mind blown, customer service is slow and they obviously don't know what they're doing.

Constantly messing up medication dosages, and correct amount to put in bottle per month. I also requested delivery multiple times where they never showed up, no phone call, no door bell bring, nothing. I tell them which medications I am no longer taking but they still do not take it off the list so they keep giving me the wrong dosages. They also keep saying they didn't receive the script from the doctors, but if they aren't receiving scripts from multiple different doctor's offices, the problem is on the pharmacy's end, not the doctor's office.

This facility is by far the best pharmacy in Davenport. Always greeted with a smile, always show professionalism. They know what there doing and are always get back to you if need be. Special thanks to Amanda, she is awesome. Very knowledgeable and shows alot of empathy for her customers. Thank you to all the staff working there keep up the excellent work.

Place is a fn joke you can tell them months ahead of time and they'll never have your order always tell you the following day or we just waiting for the truck gives you partial fills

This is the best pharmacy in the state of Florida. I am talking about the one on 106 and park place that is the best pharmacy that Paul county has to offer the service is impeccable and outstanding. I will always forever go to that pharmacy on 106 and park place which is First Choice the pharmacist technician he is the most nicest technician I have encountered in my entire prescription filling of pharmacies. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone who is filling a new prescription or an existing prescription. Thank you for your outstanding service at 106 and park place you guys rock.

Phone lines disconnected. My medication turned to dust when I tired to use a pill cutter given to me by my doctor. Unacceptable

First of all I want to say Briana was so helpful, she went over and beyond the call of duty helping me get my prescriptions transferred and filled and even when I couldn't get there to pick it up.in time she got it pulled to an open first choice that could fill it for me the same night, I am so grateful I can't say enough. And the pharmacist themselves were friendly and helpful when it came to helping as well. Also this was the ONLY PHARMACY in the AREA to have my son's nebulizer when he needed one..

If I can give a "0" star I would!!!!!! WORST WORST WORST PHARMACY. BE CAREFUL WITH STAFF THEY ARE HORRIBLE IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!!!!!!BY FAR THE WORST PHARMACY THAT I HAVE EVER DOUBT IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. Doctors want you to support your local pharmacy but the staff is horrible in following instructions on medication refills. They took a month to fill my daughters prescription and tried to cover up by saying that they called my phone when I have my call log that I never received any calls."AMANDA" the supervisor was no help as she tried to defend the workers that were not doing their job. Then she came telling me that "DELIVERIES" are not mandated and are just optional. Well if I asked for my medication to be delivered due to the fact that I work and the pharmacy closes in the time that am not working. They should have inform the patients that they cant do deliveries because they are not mandated, then I would have chosen another Pharmacy that will convenience me (THE CUSTOMER). Amanda needs to learn that if you want the business then dont give "DELIVERY" options if your not going to obey by the information you are providing the customer.Am contacting the local RADIO/MEDIA to ensure that people know what this pharmacy does to their customers.Moving on to a better pharmacy that takes care of their customer and their needs of their meds.

Wonderful pharmacy. Staff, pharmacist, customer service such as delivery is awesome. They have a nice supply of medical supplies, convenience foods and over the coubter items.
