I’ve been filling my controlled prescription here every month with no issues—until now. This time, I got no call or text, just an “Action required” notice in the app. When I called, I was told they won’t have my medication until Monday.
When I reacted with surprise, the staff member simply said “Ah, ha,” 😐 as if it were no big deal. Pharmacies aren’t like auto parts stores—you can’t just wait days for essential medicine.
It’s not the employee’s fault, but CVS really needs to improve communication. Patients should be told immediately if their prescription can’t be filled, so they can choose to leave it or take it elsewhere, instead of waiting days only to learn it’s unavailable.

I’ve never been in a Cvs where the pharmacist is so RUDE, I don’t know the name of him but He is always there when I go, I had some situations that I didn’t like it but today was the LAST!!!! We already had the medication ready (we got a text) the dr mixed the pharmacies so they sent the medication to CVS when we have walgreens, but my husband had a trip today for 1 week and WE NEED IT! We told him please he is going to a trip the medication says it’s ready we need it..his answer you’re from “walgreens go there and pick them up” I explained to him that we don’t care to pay the medication because the urgency, and he said well we won’t have it until 12 (2h)!!!! When the text says ready… my husband goes to the trip without them. So I’m not gonna pick them up, now I have PLENTY of time to call the drs tomorrow to change the medication (the dr only is in the office Tuesday and Thursday so we couldn’t to change it today)

The pharmacy technician Lizbeth is very rude with patients. I had a situation with my medication that i had to visit 4 times the pharmacy and all times Lizbeth was very rude with me.
I always go to this pharmacy because i live very close and I was always very nice threated with the previous technician that the pharmacy had.
I hope you can addressed it and improve the treatment to patients because the pharmacy also receives patients with mental disorders and this can be more disturbing for them.

One star is too generous for this store. There is not an option to speak to the pharmacy about anything. You have to leave a message and wait for them to call back, which would be fine if they called back! Additionally they keep pushing to use the app, but if you don't have the correct info the app is absolutely useless. First and last time using this CVS. Future scripts will be sent to Publix!

Worse store I have ever been to. I was there on 4/25/24 at 7:30pm. CVS MANAGEMENT PLEASE GET RID OF THE PHARMACIST WHO WAS ON CALL. YOU LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE (AND SEVERAL FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS). The pharmacist was super rude. Told me to wait there, then ignored me and calls from my doctor for 20-30 minutes....then told me they are closing. I was understandably upset and she could not have made it more clear how little she cared about the patient. She literally closed the gate in my face then didn't put the prescription correctly in the computer so I could not get it the next day (either out of spite or laziness). I was unable to get the medication I needed all day the next day and ultimately went to another pharmacy (much further away from where I was staying on vacation) and they were able to help me right away. She turned me off from CVS for life. Worst experience I ever had in a store period....terrible for the brand image.

Full of arrogant pharmacists that think the people who pay there wages do not matter. Waited a week for a prescription and they still say they don't know.

The worst experience,they gave me the wrong Medicine after 3 hours wait and then I went back I was waiting for another 4hours to fix it!!!they gave mom missing pills for her 10 days treatement,I called them in the morning, they promised that the pharmacist will call me back in max 30mn.he/she never called back!!.I called back at 4.45pm she put me on hold ,my husband went to them they told them they were closed.so I am still onhold while they are already gone home!!!what a disaster it is so unprofessional ,they are unqualified and overly worked people.not enough stuff.It is the worst experience I had ,please don't go there and double check you Medicine before you leave!!!

***GO ELSEWHERE FOR PRESCRIPTIONS***
Wish I could give zero stars. Story is same as everyone else’s and I feel dumb for not looking at reviews before trying to get a rx transferred here while in Florida for a family vacation. My daughter has ear tubes and if she gets an ear infection, we apply drops prescribed by her doctor. Our home pharmacy in Texas was awesome and called the pharmacist here several times to transfer her rx and the Cvs pharmacist told me 3 different times they did not receive it even though my pharmacy confirmed each time they had spoken to the pharmacist directly. It’s been 2 days, 3-4 phone calls, a run around and attitude each call, and I never got the prescription. I wish I went elsewhere for my poor daughters ear drops. Really sad how much these people don’t seem to care about others.

They said I didn’t have insurance and to do my insurance I needed to come inside even though I have been coming to the same pharmacy for 8 years I told him that made no since so I went inside for him to tell me to get in the drop off line to do my insurance then I go to the drop off line for the pharmacist to tell me it went through and he wasn’t sure what the other pharmacist was saying about not having insurance then they told me to get in a huge line for pick up like are serious this is my third long line they don’t care at all the lady said there was people before you walked over here only because I had to be I. Two other lines smh
