Javier was very rude, he told me I can't return the phone I bought one day ago. He has no zero knowledge of cricket return policy. He told me I can only return the phone if there's something wrong with the phone which is not true. He was aggressive and took away my phone as I wanna take a picture of his name tag. He spelled out his name for me as I told him I was gonna call cricket. I hope nobody ever experienced how I'd experience with him. Been a proud cricket customer since 2015.

Staff in this store is not knowledgeable about the phones or plans . No customer serviceI walked in and girl at front was standing there looking down on her phone . Looked up once when I walked in and said nothing. Then looked right back down to her phone. I asked about pricing and plan information for adding an additional line and she replied as if she wasn’t sure by saying (I think) the phone is this much and I think it’s available in black or red ? Obviously needs to be retrained or replaced. I immediately felt as if I was not going to be given correct pricing information so I left and went elsewhere. I have been a long time cricket customer for one line and service is good but staff in store is hurting the company with that type of customer service And knowledge of device and pricing.I most likely will be transferring my one line elsewhere.

This is a nightmare,was overcharged at the store bye a Spanish woman who said she was the manager and had to spend nearly 2 hours online to get money back,. for the last month have had nothing but terrible service.. Was promised free membership to Sams club,have not got that either,Have called 4 times so far keep getting promises but no membership..It is like a constant fight to get nowere..My advice go elsewere,worst customer service

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The manager was so nice and helpful!! There was a really rude customer in the store and she showed so much respect! Cause the way the man was treating her was just wrong, I her place would have not tolerated it and kicked him out!!!! My sale went perfectly and she even help me transfer my information! People need to be nicer to sales rep! This will be my go to store from now on!!!

I came to this store because the store closes to me in Kissimmee has really bad customer service and this one was the other nearest one!! Best decision I made even if it’s 10 minutes more I will take the drive to come to the Cricket in Davenport!! I believe the manager took care of me and she was so helpful!! Great Customer Service!!!!!!
