Worst costumer service( -10)Allstate provide me with the worst uncaring costumer service after been a client 5 years and being on auto pay since the beginning, never had a claim processed, the police was going up after 6 months a lot ,i call asked for a review, the agent was lazy said was going to call me back , never did, i had to shop around, got a new insurance company with a lower rate. They reimburse some of my money after the cancellation , never told me i still owed them, no email, no mail, the money i had with them was higher than i owed them( NO COMMUNICATION), Allstate send me to collection.

Not honest. Can’t get agent on phone after you sign up with them. Person who answers the phone cannot provide any pertinent information.

Not honest, agent does not respond to phone calls, always on another call. Person who answers the phone cannot and is never able to give any pertinent information to your account. Once you sign up with them, you are very low on their priority list.

I switched my Allstate office after my old one went out of the l market to Clarine Hurt because it was local. Make no mistakes this was a great move. I have always had great experiences here. I usually call up and talk to Nelson and he is a rockstar. Very responsive and great service. Everything is always treated as a priority. Thanks for making Allstate a great place to have my policies.

I can't believe that I cancel a policy since November and they still charge me. Do not share or allow autopayment with them.

I called the office @ 9:32 requesting a call back with a towing number because my 17 year old daughter is stranded and the automated system for getting a towing truck is not so easy. Anyway...here it is 10:14 and no call back. I know people are busy because of COVID?????????? but really, I worked for an insurance company for 35 years and calls like this got returned right away. My last experience with getting a tow truck via Allstate took over 3 hours...truly..time to look for a new insurance company.

The agency does not give you correct information. it seems like they really do not know what is really going on. I was told that the policy I had on auto pay was cancelled, when in fact it was not. I got new insurance because I couldn't drive without it then got a bill because my policy was not cancelled. now Allstate refuses to fix the error. I would avoid this agency and company if I were you.
