The employee, Doug, is very rude to customers and offers zero customer service. He has a bad attitude and needs to be trained on how to work in this environment. I will not be returning to this location.

I had a terrible experience today. I had to wait in line for 15 minutes. The lady played lottery then walked to The back and filled out another ticket, then came to the front and told the lady play that three more times and then she went around the store Got something to drink. Got a hotdog fixed and everything now there’s a line of people and I’m at the front of the line then she comes back and they try to check her out and I said no I was here she was still shopping she can’t do that. She can’t play her numbers hold the line up and then go shopping so the lady wasn’t happy about that. She said some things to me then Dave Greenwood. The manager comes out and tells me to be quiet, I told him what is he gonna do about the situation next time so we wouldn’t have this problem and he said nothing wow

Today I had the worst experience ever!! with me and and my family, we had just flew out of town one of the workers told me to speak english.. a Cockasian man with with beard reddish… and he had his hair in a bun.. the worst store of employees. it’s ghetto, has expired donuts and dated food!!!! i highly recommend other stores but this

Out of r c cola , two liters as usual. called to ask about product availadelete and doug the cashier Hung up the phone on me. This is not appropriate customer service. Doug should also be coached on his lack of customer service. I will be following up with David the manager.

I've been here for 30 minutes waiting to pay for gas. Sign on door says " Closed for 30 mins. Had to leave because I couldn't wait any longer. If employees are forced to take a break at a 24 hour store maybe have someone come and cover her shift.

I have been coming here for years, Thomas is my favorite employee. Always got a bright smile, very funny and a cool guy. I hope he doesn't leave, as there are a few other great employees but nobody is like him. Very unique guy. When I have struggled with some stuff, he has been there too help. I hope this post will help him with something, employee appreciation or something. My brother's also enjoy getting to see him too.

I usually don't go to Circle K but I did today and I am glad I did... Lissy went above and beyond to get me creamer for my coffee... As she was stocking the cups and cleaning the area I said out loud Awww the creamer finished... She ran to the back and got the creamer. As I patiently waited she even went to Bestie (cashier didn't get his name) to see if he could help but he was busy with customers at the front... They were so nice and fast service... They both made my day... Thank you guys for excellent service and such a clean store... You guys make a great team together...
