I had a lost layaway item and the supervisor, Natalia went beyond the call of duty to find the missing item. She called to let me know it was found. That type of service is unheard of in these times . I will definitely continue to shop here.

Love the prices, but the store is always a wreck. Long long wait times to check out with 3 of 8 registers open. I'd hate to see what the next 2 months look like trying to shop here.

In the Posner Location right now and the employees are closing the store 30 minutes before closing time.Every five minutes they are making an announcement that they are locking the registers at 11:30pm and to bring our items to the register now. I asked am employee why they are closing early and the girl said the manager wants to leave since they are done organizing the whole store. The nanager does not want anyone to mess the store up.

I had the worst experience here today 10/25 and I was humiliated in front of everyone by an employee. So after I had to wait over 30 minutes on line I was heading out of the store with my baby who was sitting on the cart, her diaper bag, and a bunch of bags of everything that I had just bought so I didn’t see that the cart had anything that said that the carts couldn’t go out of the store. When I was heading out of course the cart locked, so I was just trying my best to grab my baby and everything because I couldn’t move it forward nor even backwards, since it was completely locked. This employee in the door which I didn’t get her name, but she was a Hispanic, probably in her 50’s, and brunette approached me yelling in front of my baby who panicked because she is not used to see people yelling or acting that way and also in front of everyone and this lady started yelling and telling me that if I couldn’t read the sign on the door instead of helping me. I am completely disgusted by how this store manages to treat their customers. Also, when I was checking out there was an employee telling a coworker to please leave what she was doing for later because the line was too long and they needed help, and she could actually do what she was doing later when they had no rush. This other coworker proceeded to tell her that she was going to finish first what she was doing and then start helping with customers who were waiting on line.

The service is pathetic, yesterday I had the bad experience that a cashier named Seomora, the girl with a super horrible attitude, rude, super ordinary and without manners, is the first time that this bad moment happened in this store that I normally frequent. , but… they are not educating their staff, they have no respect. They also don't know how to say good morning, have a great day” is education and respect.

Worst experience ever. We were there at 10:30pm and at 11pm they started saying the store closes at 11:30pm. The sign in the front of the store says it closes at 12am. The person in the intercom was speaking loudly and with attitude saying that the store closes at 1130pm and that they are closing the registers. You could hear her mumbling with anger in the front. We put our things back and left the store. I am not sure who was working there, but they definitely do not need to be working at the store. 10/27/2023

I mainly shop at this Burlington for luggage and handbags and I usually luck up on a good deal. I don't shop for clothes because the clothing racks are too disorganized.Please watch your step as you're entering the check-out aisle. The aisle is messy and things are scattered everywhere. It doesn't feel clean. It feels uncomfortable walking down that aisle every single time.

I love shopping burlington. This store is new and yet to setup well. It’s unorganized. I have faced a problem with checking out as system does not allow to use Burlington card.

Absolutely the worst experience, the shelves are riddled with multiple items from other departments, men's shoe area is a mess with piles of shoes on the floor, the entire store looked desheveled and mis-managed. If you get thru all of that you are at the checkout line which has items like hanging shirts/shoes and housewares all along the totally understaffed registers?? 3 checkout attendants for over 50 customer waiting to checkout. This is only a review of this store as the Lakeland Burlington is a wonderful shopping experience, clean, organized and well staffed. It's to bad as this store is much closer to us.

If I could give this Location and their corporate office a negative rating I would….. Purchased three items and one of the items after wearing it started falling apart. I only had the purchase receipt and the item. I no longer had the tag that was attached to the item. They told me the item on the receipt is NOT what I purchased and refused to refund my hard earned money. I asked them to view the video of the transaction since it was only a few days ago and still haven’t heard back from them. I explained that every cash register has a camera pointed at each register and customer and they call see the item based on the time stamp on the receipt and if one of their registers came up short at the end of the night, their Loss Prevention team would look at video. Why is this any different???? All I want is my hard earned money refunded and I will never set foot in any of your locations. Clearly your company is calling me a liar and will NOT even look and any video to support my claim.

I like the fact that I can find what I want or need sometimes. But there is one detail that I do not understand, the fiting rooms do not open untill 11am. I approached one of the associates there to get assitance for the fitting room at 8:40am and he said that the fiting rooms are closed untill 11am because that is when everyone gets here. If you are understaffed please make sure you hire what you need. There is a lot of people who would like to work. Make sure you are staffed so this does not happen.

This place is a mess. Literally!From the moment you walk in every aisle and walkway is cluttered. Just a mess. The customers juts throw stuff down. Saw one open a bag a popcorn then drop it and attempt to kick it under the shelf... I turned around and walked out.

This place is horrible. I've been to Burlington before at different locations so I know how they are suppose to be, but this was a mess. The shopping carts were all broken. The racks were a disaster and the worst part was 2 dogs barking and trying to get to my daughter service dog. We will never be back!!

This place was an absolute wreck. I know it's not always the employees' fault, but management needs to do better or corporate needs to quit taking hours away.
