Placed an order online and they cancelled it without notification and it was a birthday present and now I have nothing to give. I paid with my credit card from the store and they now say it didn’t go through. No answer from costumer service and no one can give a solution from a mistake on their end

Ask for help 3 times took awhile just to get help waiting almost an hour. Then once purchase a watch I have to ask for a bag one guy said it’s going to be .10 cent go up front to get a bag? Need some better customer service

They charge for the bags to put the products in... I bought a fire stick and they were charging me $0.11 for the bag, where is the quality of service. Definitely every day the attention in the stores is getting worse.

I needed a new Tv my LG stopped working. It’s been 6 years seems to about right, for smart TVs. Decided to go this afternoon at 11:30am. I wanted to say thank you to guy working in the Tv department. Thank you for being unhelpful and not helping me. I did not a ULEC tv for 900.00 bucks for my bedroom. I thought mid range was fine guess not Thanks for walking away! I did buy two Tvs. As i checked out at the front registers I explained I have to buy two and figure out what is best? Seeing no one could explain this to me besides Google. Why was customer behind me so special?? The sales person loaded up his car was so nice to him? Guess he spent more then I and we left at same time. See for me I had to grab two tvs a cart and bring my own stuff. I will go with the other customer spent more. I will never go back to this location. He was not carrying two Tvs only me.

The store is great. There is a lot of product available. Unfortunately the guy who served us was not a good salesman. Unfriendly and impatient. At the end of the purchase we discovered that he was Brazilian like us. I'm glad I don't know his name.

I had a bittersweet experience with geek squad it's a little too long of a story. Make it short came in because my pc was freezing, and I ended up almost building a new pc because one of the geek squad recommended a motherboard that was not compatible with my cpu, memory, cooler. The managers Nick and Yari recognized the mistake they tried their best to make things feel a little better after spending about 1k in parts. All in all, pc does not freeze anymore and does run amazing. The wife is still mad at me, but it is what it is. 5 stars are for the managers doing a great job of trying to help me by discounting what they could and being overall understanding.

Let’s start by saying I’m a total Best Buy member, that continues to renew by membership. On May 21, 2024 I purchased a Sony 65 inch TV with the TV mount at Best Buy in posner located in Davenport. The geek squad was coming on May 30, 2024 to install it. At this point we exited about the purchase and can’t wait to get this TV in the guest bedroom due to us expecting guests in our home in June. May 30 comes and the geek squad came and set up the TV and left. Guess what the damn TV don’t work and have a line in the TV once you turn it on. We immediately call the same day it was install and delivered. You would think this was a slam dunk, we call and they bring us another one. After speaking with customers service they will not bring us another TV until June 4, 2024. That date was not ideal but it will due. Today we get our hopes up high again. The tech called us and stated he was 20min. away but than ask a question to me “Is the TV mounted on the wall” I answered yes. He automatically told he wasn’t able to touch the TV. I simple said all u are doing is taking the TV off and replacing it with the new one. SMH. He refused to come after we exchange words. So happen today I was with my driver doing a ride along and we was picking up at Best Buy (the same store I purchased the TV at. I was told their that sub contractors help geek squad when they are busy and shouldn’t refuse to exchange the TV out and the only reason the sub contractor refused because the don’t want to drive the broken TV back to the Best Buy building. (?). I called the customer again by this time I’m getting the run around all day, just for Best Buy to tell me they will send someone on June 21, 2024. Yes your right an entire month this taking to get an exchange. But I’m a value customer that continues to pay a yearly fee to be a total Best Buy member. This is a scam from Best Buy. I thought this was a good working relationship between the Cox family and Best Buy. I write all this to say mistake happen but how you treat customers goes a long way. Can’t grow by continuing treat folks unfair just do the thing and send someone to my house to remove the broken TV off the wall and replace it with a new one the mount is fine, it’s a 10min job. Than I’m happy and the my guests can watch TV in peace. This situation left a bad taste in my mouth. Remember this coming from a total Best Buy member, as they say. By the way they forcing me to put one star when actually this mess deserve no star???????????? Reggie

Went in to get a computer looked at by the geek squad. They fixed the problem and informed me of things to be aware of. They are such a helpful group of people!
