I have worked at a gas station for 5 years and have never seen more disrespect from an employee anywhere in my life the ugly female you have working with the star on her face needs to be fired. She’s only ugly because of her personality and lack of people jobs.

Everything is out of stock literally and the coffee machine is not working at least for 2 weeks. The store manager VJ has no idea what's going on and when they'll get delivery or when the equipment would be fixed. Traditional music is blasting throughout the store and apparently they stuff are having great time no need to work

Men…if you need to use the restroom don’t stop here. Men’s restroom is locked “out of order” and the bald guy working there watches the camera and the second you touch the handle of the single stall private women’s restroom he shows up, SIR I’m sorry but you can’t use that one.” I can understand if it was a women’s restroom with multiple stalls yeah mean shouldn’t be able to use that one. Also it’s 1:30 am and literally no one is here. This was extremely unpleasant for no reason, I just had to pee. Fix the men’s restroom if this is such a problem. Small minded workers like this won’t go anywhere significant in life. Enjoy your gas station career SIR. I hope you see this review.

Cashier was ringing people up and making food all the same time. He was polite and professional. Working hard to keep everything going. The gas station was clean and the restroom was to.

The air pump took my card payment (I verified the transaction with my bank), but did not provide air. After speaking with the 7/11 staff, all three associates told me that the card is not working on the machine. In addition, I’d need to call the number on the machine to get my $2.00 refund. After speaking with the call center, I’ll get reimbursed $2.00 via check in 12-15 business days… So, let me get this straight… The staff already knew the card machine doesn’t work, they failed to put an “out of order” sign on the machine, they can’t give me $2.00 in coins so that I can put air in my tires, then I have to wait 12-15 business days to get $2.00 by mail? 7/11 apparently doesn’t care about customer experience, customer service, customer satisfaction, or their franchisees capability to resolve simple issues. If there was a way to give a negative star, that’s the option I’d choose.

Check the dates on drinks and food products, most everything is expired. We have a nick name for this store (stale kaka) also credit card at pumps don’t work, they are rude, and watch for pump accuracy it starts charging you at least .60-.75 cents before fuel starts coming out of the pump.

Stopped into the store but before I did I got gas at the pump was not satisfied with the amount I paid but it had nothing to do with me itself. I went inside was going to get a cup of coffee but first I had to play my lottery. The young ladies at the registers were very pleasant smiles and cheerful which is a great thing there's no reason to have a sorry sappy smile on you know in other words an upside down frown. These ladies were bubbly and I appreciate that for good customer service. However a tall light brown skin I'm going to just describe him as male because I don't think a gentleman would have behaved the way he did came into the store while on his phone in a gray knitted polo shirt that clearly indicated he worked for 7-eleven. Wow speaking on his phone he bumped into me hard enough that my shoulder moved the lady at the cash register which was a customer looked at me I looked at her and I just said I'm not going to say a word. I allow this person to continue to proceed behind the registered before I spoke with one of the bubbly cheerful young ladies and asked or rather stated is your manager normally that rude. no response was given I apologize for placing them into a situation where they might have answered although it was a rhetorical question. He refused to apologize he act as though he did not hear what was stated it wasn't until I was about to leave out the store that he chose to come to the front of the cash register where I was and said what was that? It wasn't directed to me but to one of the ladies. So ladies and gentlemen at this 7-Eleven if you run into Melvin or should I say no pun intended if he runs into you bumps your elbow to the point that he knows that he hit you and you know that he hit you understand this he's rude. As a matter of fact I think I'm going to escalate this to 7-Eleven through the personal app as I've been a custom of 7-Eleven for the longest. I never thought I would go to the 7-Eleven and be assaulted by a manager without saying anything to him nor he or she to me. Wow careful only the ladies at this 7-Eleven are friendly and for that I give them a three-star but that manager named Melvin beware.

Scam artist....Do not get gas here!!!!They had the nerve to place a hold on my Visa card for excess of $156.00 ...I only pumped $25..am I confused here. Is this another way for 7-11 to make money. Calling headquarters and Polk County consumer affairs on these owners. Maybe even local news.. when went in to complain was I informed it has been occurring to everyone at the pump....then place Signage at each individual station...guess that's too customer service oriented!!

BEWARE RIP OFF LOCATION..went to pump $15 in gas paid at the pump like I usually do and get home get a message from my bank that 2 holds fir $126 been taken off my account by this 7-11. I called the manager irrate..Melvin..he had the nerve to tell me Oh that's been happening to the customers who pay at the pump. You should get your money-back in 2 business days....SERIOUSLY I DONT KNOW ABOUT YOU BUT I DONT HAVE AN EXTRA $200 AND WHAT IF I HAD Auto withdrawals set up on my account. A Sign needs to be hung at the pumps to WARN PEOPLE...HE WAS RUDE AA WELL SAYONG IT HAPPENS A LOT AT HIS STORE!
