Windsor Diamonds in Fort Lauderdale is our go to place when in South Florida. Jackie makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. She has quality jewelry at very fair prices. The pieces of jewelry are well displayed and she is very knowledgable about the jewelry business. We have bought several pieces from her (earrings and rings mainly) and my wife loves them all. You can shop here knowing you will be well taken care of.

About a year ago I heard of a Jewelry store by the name of Windsor Diamonds from a co worker of mine but since I lived in Miami-Dade I would settle for the nearest jewelry store. It was until one day that I had a bad experience with a store that I decided to pass by Windsor Diamonds and not risk being let down. Mind you I never do Reviews but this store deserves it. My experience at Windsor Diamonds has always been phenomenal. This is actually my second time this year at Windsor and all I can say is that I have never been disappointed. The professionalism as you walk into the store the attention given to you is beyond imaginable. The store is set up very adequately and the vibe as you walk in immediately makes you feel comfortable. They even offer sweets for those with a sweet tooth. This time around I was greeted by Jackie who is such a beautiful person and who guided me towards the perfect Christmas selection. You can notice by the way she expresses herself that she knows what she is talking about. The Diamond earnings that I purchased were like no other. This store truly sells quality and I can assure you that you won't be disappointed. Hope this review helps anyone that is seeking the perfect gift.

Jackie at Windsor diamonds is awesome ! I was in the market for an engagement ring and from the first step she made me feel comfortable with the entire process. The entire process was really easy and hassle free! I felt like not only was she trying to sell me a ring but also trying to educate me and make me understand what I was getting for my money ! My fiancé absolutely loved the ring and of course said yes !! Thank you Windsor diamonds for making this special event in my life such an enjoyable experience!
