Workers here have a bad attitude towards you when you come in. I was racially profiled. I felt so disrespected.

I came to do groceries and went to the cashier box number 1 at 2:40 pm at 5-29-24 she was an African American Lady. I realized I forgot my Card to pay, she screamed in a rude way, raising her voice and hands at me. She began to scream "You can't do this, you have to have your card before you come to the line" she kept screaming me at me and telling other customers "Can you believe this" I told her that people forget things and she rudely replied that she never forgets anything. I asked her if she could set aside my groceries to wait for my husband to bring the card, We live less than 3 minutes away. She refused and told me she would put all my groceries back. She was surprised when I spoke English to her. Her attitude was hateful and racist towards me. This shows me that she must be rude to non- english speakers, since I already speak English. I have been coming to this store for Six years, bringing in business for them so she can have an employment. Something that she does not realize and value.

If I’d have been able to, it would’ve been no stars. I just left the store, and I was followed all the way out to my car from the front of the store by a cart person. He had on NO NAME TAG, no way to identify him to report him at all. The man followed me and stopped right beside me and proceeded to put his hands all over my stuff in my cart WITHOUT ME ASKING HIM TO just to take my cart. The other side of the parking lot had tons of carts out there for him to grab, but he followed me to my car?! For what?! Did he think I was alone or something?!?? I’ve shopped here for almost ten years and nothing like this happened to me before. I’ll never come back here!!

WORST curbside pickup I have ever experienced. Sitting in the car with 3 screaming kids for more than 30 minutes because they had one person bringing one order out at a time and she was servicing other people who arrived AFTER I had arrived. Awful. Never again.

Why bother order online and took pick up service, if when you arrived you have to wait in you car for 30 minutes or more, to get your stuff?. You do faster if you just walk to the store. Don’t even talk said that people that arrived later thank you, get their stuff before, and this employee is extremely roof and slow.
