This location always seems to have a better selection of in-stock items than other stores. My online orders are always ready in-time and are accurate. Staff is buff, attentive and knowledgeable.

I had a fantastic experience at the vitamin shop, and I wanted to express my gratitude for Evan's exceptional service. The store was impeccably clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Evan went above and beyond, being both kind and incredibly informative. I was genuinely impressed by his knowledge and helpfulness. It's refreshing to encounter such excellent customer service. The vitamin I purchased was not good and did do what I ask of him in conversation I explained what was looking for d they did not compare to the vitamin I had before coming there what they sold me I threw in the trash not happy

I'm sure the staff means well but the level of customer service needs to be elevated through training. I went in to make a return and left feeling uncomfortable. I felt as though I was being shamed for my auto delivery status and how many duplicate items I had and/or how many cancellations. I've been a vitamin shoppe customer and ONLY a vitamin shoppe customer for probably a decade now. I simply wanted to be in and out but the visit turned into almost an hour long of scrolling through my auto delivery account followed by criticisms and laughter. It's not what you say but how you say it. Unfortunately, I will have to move my business else where because my loyalty to a brand should equate to a level of service I just simply did not receive.

I went in looking for a specific brand of protein. I had a few questions about the pricing and how their sales worked since I jad bought the same product before for a cheaper price. Evan the sales associate was great. He answered all my questions and gave me good info for the future. He made it a great and simple buy. I have another vitamin shoppe closer to me but I'll be coming back to this one. Everyone is great.

I went in today and was helped by Evan, and when I went in there I was on the verge of a panic attack, I felt so bad and I’m leaving now feeling so happy and grateful, I have never had someone be so helpful and knowledgeable, he showed me the certifications and testing on the products, explained everything I’m taking, he gave me so much guidance. I will be going to this store ONLY from now on. Evan is an amazing employee and I’m grateful for our interaction, I left feeling at ease and ready for the day ❤️

Good selection online. I always order online and pick it up. It took me a bit to pick up my order since I was out of town, and it rained like crazy on the deadline for pick up. Okay, so I placed another order. And later that day, I placed the same order again because I had a coupon that I forgot about.Then, out of the blue I get an email that my order had been picked up. That is impossible, since I was home and my wife can attest to that. I was surprised to see my credit card get charged. I called the store, and from the get go the employee had attitude. They indeed give one of those 2 orders to someone else, he even said "Maybe someone picked up for you." And I, again, said there was no chance of that. Then he was saying (multiple times) 'yeah, it is confusing because you had 3 orders', somehow blaming my orders -me, indirectly - for the mess-up.I got there, I said that was there because of the order he said I picked up. In an accusatory tone, he says ' so now you're telling me a different story?"In the end we got it sorted out, but the employee was rude, had attitude and blaming the customer for the mishap.I am happy to take my business elsewhere, there's a lot of competition in the market. The only thing that sets companies apart is the customer service. I go where I am treated well, even if it means to pay a little more.Be better, guys.

Went to store Rod came up to me immediately asked him can I direct you in the right area for what you're looking I said yes got me my product then help me read the ingredients was so nice and helpful you feel very comfortable going into the store everybody's always nice.

Decent selection, same as almost every other vitamin shoppe. The employee I dealt with, on the other hand, was very rude. Seemed to have an attitude the entire time and every question I asked felt like an imposition. Even asking about checking my rewards points, as I shop at the vitamin shop in Bradenton regularly, was met with the same attitude. I’ll drive a bit further next time I’m down here an go to a different supplement shop instead.
