“I was in town visiting my boyfriend and on the way I popped a tired. Being in college on spring break I was not prepared to pay for a new tire. I stopped at another place in town and they were asking over $200 to replace the tire but I only needed something to get me back to Georgia. I called rite and Carlos was super polite over the phone and told me he would do his best for me. I pulled up and he was immediately ready to help. I told him the situation and he got me in and out for half the price with a great tire and made me, as a young girl, feel heard and respected the entire time. Carlos was extremely helpful the, wanted to make sure I was happy, and I he told me any time he can help, he will. I am now home safe thanks to Carlos and his shop. 10/10 such a good experience for something I really expected to ruin my day:)”

“These mechanics saved our vacation! After our 10 passenger adventure van started to break down on a 24 hour road trip, these mechanics saved the day! First, they correctly diagnosed both the problem and the source of the problem (bad spark plugs ruined by an oil leak) — after our (now fired) hometown mechanic refused to believe us when we said there was an oil leak somewhere—and second, they fixed it, getting us back on the road in 5 hours.
Only note of complaint is that the bathroom was absolutely disgusting, with no toilet paper, so we had to cross a busy road to go find a bathroom. Nonetheless, highly recommend these folks!”

I took my car in and they immediately assisted. They kept me company as I was waiting for my car. Having that interaction of wanting to take care of your customers at a car service shop is rare. Here is a little nice touch, none of my tires had the tire stem caps on and they placed them on all of my tires automatically. That would never happen at other places. It’s the little things. “Very competent and complete care of my vehicle and the compensation was fair. Other mechanics took a surface level look and then gave up on the diagnosis. But when I asked him to take a more detailed look at my car he took my concerns seriously. Ended up identifying a problem with the axle and did a timely repair. When I took my car out of the shop it was running noticeably much smoother. He even inflated one of my tires without me asking. Excellent shop, lives up to the name.”
