If I could rate this store zero I would. Horrible customer service, staff doesn’t even attempt to make sales. The staff is so lazy and improperly trained! What a waste of time and energy. I was there to purchase a new iPhone 15 pro cash and they literally refuse my money.

A friend was mugged. Lost everything inside her purse including the cell phone. She was told she could return with someone with a license (Me) to get a sim card for an old phone I gave her. when we arrived the young lady at the counter could not speak English. I speak Spanish so I was translating. The young lady had to get manager. I explained what was going on and mentioned his employee could not help my friend because she didn't speak English. At that point the manger became irate with me and called me a "Raciest" and demanded I leave his store and Never return. Also, told my friend who was clearly upset about her phone that he would not help her because of me! I am also Hispanic and was only making an observation regarding his staff not speaking English. Had I not been there the young lady would not have been of any help to my friend. I was highly offended by the managers treatment. Is it too much to expect that someone working at this location speak English? Was I being a "Raciest" for asking? I think not. this manger was out of control and his behavior towards me unacceptable. Is this how T Mobil treats customers?

I recently opened an account there and thanks to a young lady, I believe her name is Nadye, and the staff there in general is very friendly and helpful. I’m happy with my new family plan and all the benefit that came with it.

Worst service, deserve -1 star . Girl who works there doesn't speak good English. Ask her a question, she didn't know what to say , WORST COSTUMERS SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

Armando is a sales rep that works at this store, today was the 2nd time I had to deal with him. He does not move for any customer, makes the customer do all the work. I tried to return the cell tower, and when you walk in store, Armando, is staring at his phone does not lift his head to acknowledge me. I stand there waiting for the other rep to acknowledge me, he gives a nod to Armando to help me. He barely moves, says he cant take the box back without a shipping label, offers no assistance whatsover, in a passive aggressive way. So I said you dont move, I come in here for help, and you dont move at all. He then proceeded to call me "old", I am 58 years old, and will be filing a charge against T-Mobile for age discrimination. I called the store for the supervisor name, and Armando answered the phone, he was asked for his supervisor name, he mumbled it 3x, finally I heard him say "Ray". Armando then proceeded to tell me its a private business and its against the law to take a photo without permission. I tried to take his photo so I can show his boss who i was dealing with. This guy is not competent to do this job, and is extremely lazy, and doesnt even apologize.

I should have read the reviews before entering. We walk in to glaring employees who looked ready to clock out. Rude and unwelcoming, one of the workers told us if we didn't like their service we didn't have to be there. Don't waste your time go to the other T-Mobile nearby

The owner threatened us. He would not give my son's replacement phone that corporate sent to his store for me to pick up because it's "HIS STORE..corporate is nobody" in his words. Zero stars.

This is the worst store ever, they have no customer service They act like they don't know what they're doing running people credit twice. I will never refer anyone one to this location.
