Mike, owner of Signature Customs Wraps has professionally and skilfully applied PPF to eight of my vehicles. Most of my vehicles are exotics including Mclaren, Lamborghini and Rolls Royce but he has also done my F250 and a horse trailer. My first experience with Mike involved one of my Teslas and ever since I have taken every vehicle to him. The latest project involved a full PPF of a brand new McLaren Artura and as expected the finished project was absolutely perfect. Thank You Mike

Their work is probably way better than their driving. Two bright pink Teslas doing 100mph in the left lane flashing their lights behind you to get out of the way while you're doing 85mph yourself with 5 cars in front of you. Proceeding to tailgate you hard while you have nowhere to go. Probably shouldn't be driving like that with ads on your cars there bud.

I am sharing my experience in the hopes of preventing others from experiencing anything even remotely similar.I brought our Range Rover sport in to have it wrapped, at first all seemed well. The installer Andy was extremely friendly and very attentive, unfortunately he was new to this specific wrap material, and there was also some damage caused to a few trim pieces along with the vehicles paint. The damage was caused by the cutting blade used to trim the wrap material, in short the results were less than desired.A separate employee EJ overlooked tightening our wheels properly which we thankfully discovered while filming the poorly wrapped vehicle, we immediately torqued the wheels to the correct specifications.Separately, he left several trim covers without re installing them, basically just poor quality control in my opinion.A simple checklist would probably prevent most of this from reoccurring. We brought the vehicle back in for a second try where they replaced a couple panel sections of wrap material, and revisited a few other areas with minimal improvement. At this point the owner Mike reviewed the vehicle and mentioned he has used this specific material more than 50 times and he would make things right. After leaving the vehicle at the shop, the third time, Mike the owner made some corrections to some less than perfect areas, he also replaced other areas with a Lesser quality wrap material, which did not adhere properly either. The owner Mike then proceeded to cover the damage, plastic trim pieces on the vehicle in an effort to disguise the damage in a very deceitful matter rather than replace, and correct the situation created by his staff, and now himself. After communicating with Mike over the phone and sharing my dissatisfaction with the vehicle wrap and the completely draining process, he assured me he would make it right even if it meant rewrapping the entire vehicle once again.I brought the vehicle in for a forth inspection in which the owner Mike was extremely defensive, aggressive in nature, and condescending. The conversation became somewhat heated at which point I stated I would much rather have the wrap removed and receive a full refund, even if we were not compensated for all of our lost time dealing with the entire process. The owner stated during a shouting match that he would gladly remove the wrap, but he would not refund me my money, this is where things went really south, and I elected to leave the establishment and will seek full compensation through all legal avenues available.I highly recommend everyone avoid doing business with Mike, or his wrap business.

I do not recommend this place for tinting based on the quality of the work performed and the service both before and after the transaction. I came here for all around Tesla tinting but the work done wasn’t acceptable - the edge of the door’s tint is creased and pealing backwards. The sunroof not only has scratches all above the passenger side but also two very noticeable 4mm black spots (I understand that dust is inevitable but these are more than dust). However, the worst part of this experience has been the customer service and the way I was spoken to. Instead of listening to my concerns, I was told about the expensive cars they work with and it was clear that my Tesla was not high priority. Even with a warranty, at first I was told by a gentleman that I would have to pay more to get the tint removed! Afterwards, I was told they would remove the tint which would mean I would’ve paid a lot of money to ultimately not have the tint. I would say keep researching for a different shop.(Also I was repeatedly told that my seat covers or dog were likely where the dust came from but the dog hasn’t been in the car and the seat covers haven’t shown any signs of coming apart. I was given a lecture about how clean their shop is and gaslighted into thinking it was my fault)

I had an experience with an aftermarket vendor that I feel obligated to share. I have a 22 Tesla M3LR that I have had for about 6 months. Love the car by the way. I am an avid bike rider and wanted to get a hitch installed to put on a bike rack. I opted for the hitch offered by Evannex and asked the folks at the Tesla service center in Ft. Lauderdale who they would recommend for installation. The told me Signature Custom Wraps specialized in Teslas and so off I went. They installed the hitch on May 30th. Within a week, I noticed that the back bumper appeared to be coming off and I took it back to Signature within a few days. The mechanic stated that the bumpers are attached with clips and that is just need to be adjusted which he did. No problem. I then left for an extended vacation for about 3 ½ weeks on a trip to NY and back. No bike rack on this trip. While I was away, about 2 ½ weeks into my trip I was with friends and they noticed that there was something dragging under my car. I stopped to inspect and found that the rear diffuser had come loose and was dragging on the road and making a terrible noise. I immediately parked the car and made an appointment with Tesla service center in Latham, NY (35 miles away from where I was staying). When the inspected the car on the lift, they found and I quote, “rear diffuser hardware bracket broken and hardware missing”. Since they did not have the part, they graciously fixed the problem temporarily for me to travel home without incident which I did. When I returned on July 14th, I immediately made an appointment with Tesla and they came to my house on July 20th. They informed me that since they were unable to replace the diffuser with a mobile visit I had to come to the service center. Made another appointment and went on July 22nd. They installed a new diffuser with a cost of $350.00. This in addition to the NY cost of 100.00. And so, a job that originally cost me $400.00 was now$850.00 for the same work. Immediately after my appointment, I went to see the folks at Signature. We had a pleasant discussion about my being reimbursed for parts and labor and they stated that they would get back to me that day with an answer. I even provided a video and still pix of the damage. Needless to say, when they texted back, they claimed there was no responsibility on their part; therefore no reimbursement. They further claim that I must have done something to cause the damage. In essence, they were implying that I was lying and expecting them to make up for some perceived error on my part. I have to tell you that I baby this car since I’ve owned it and there is no way I caused the damage; especially since the only area of contention is where the hitch was installed. And so, I am out $450.00 because a local business did not stand behind their work. I am providing this info as a heads up for anyone else who may choose to do business with this company. You may have had a different experience and that’s great, however, no attempt was even made to compromise and I was just written off. Lesson learned.

Found them on Instagram, I was looking for the best place in South Florida to wrap a Tesla. From the moment contacting them on Instagram to the moment walking into the shop they’ve been nothing but great. My car has been in the shop multiple times but it’s also because there was a lot of work being done here in there. Each time the service was excellent. Anytime you have an issue, you bring up your concern and they fix it immediately. I couldn’t have picked a better shop. One thing that I learned from this experience and from seeing others, if you’re going to do anything to your car you better be prepared to spend the money and to take it to people that know what they are doing. An amazing team.

Jen is the best. In 2019 they installed a auto Trunk and Frunk on my Tesla. The work is perfect. I came back to Florida and had them do a Chrome delete. It looks like factory work. I left the country for a month and they said just leave the car here. I assumed they would charge me for it. Nope. It was just there pleasure to help me out and keep the car safe.I recommend them 100%. Jen is friendly and accommodating and the whole team cares about their work.
