Avoid at all cost! Booked for a cheap rate that seemed good. Sketchy pick up service, which was expected. The tiny hot cubicle with video conference for a rental agent was not. Price quadruples when you are stuck in a parking lot miles from the airport. The "agent" would not release the keys until we showed proof a 5 star review. That is why they have anything higher than a 1 star. Now there is a thousand dollar charge on my credit card for damages that were already there. Absolute scam of a company. Small upfront cost, but rediculous damage claims is how they make their money.

??? Rented a car from this place through Priceline. It was advertised at $25 a day with unlimited mileage so I booked it but when I got to the kiosk I was told that because I am a FL resident they only allow 50 miles a day so I was charged an additional $25 a day for the unlimited mileage. Come to find out in the terms and conditions it shows FL residents are covered for 100 miles per day so the rep clearly lied in order to up-charge me!! ?? Once you get the keys you’re directed to thoroughly inspect the vehicle prior to leaving the lot which I did and made sure I emailed all the photos to the email address provided. The car is disgusting!! ?? The interior is filthy and has a horrible smell, I had to buy air fresheners just to be able to stand being inside the car. The steering wheel feels sticky and the cup holders have something spilled inside them, there is sand all over the floor and the seats are discolored. The headliner is all torn and there are stains on the visor and roof. I’m literally so grossed out by the condition of this car, they obviously don’t clean the interior between uses and they claim they provide brand new vehicles to their clients but the interior of this car looks like it’s been through a tornado or something. I’m stuck with this car for the next few days but I definitely will not ever rent from here again!!

I recently rented a car from RAC4LESS, and it was amazing. The location near the airport was super convenient. The car was spotlessly clean and comfortable. But the best part was Joel's service. He was friendly and efficient, making everything great! Thanks, RAC4LESS!

⛔️⛔️⛔️ THIS IS A SCAM!! ⛔️⛔️⛔️Do not make the same mistake I did and rent from these people!!!! WOWWWWW!! Is all I can say, I should have followed my gut when I got there and there was no human only a screen with a woman in Miami but I went through with it anyways and they charged my credit card $8,000.00 for a car that had damage when I got it!! Trying to get someone on the phone to talk about it is IMPOSSIBLE because conveniently they ONLY handle this matter via email!! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND HASSLE BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT SAVE MONEY!!! I will be reporting to Priceline also because they got me into this SCAM in the first place ….

What a scam! No in person customer service, all phone or Zoom type interactions due to being an out of US company, scare tactics for additional charges. By the end of my four day stay I was billed $149, which was not what the website quoted. I do not recommend nor will ever use this company again.

An overall great experience, from cost, to shuttle pick up from airport to vehicle drop off and shuttle back to airport. The first car assigned had an issue and receptionist immediately solved issue and I was issued another vehicle that was perfect! Thank you so much! Everyone was kind and friendly. I would recommend.

This is the worse place to rent a car, do not waste your money and time in the place, the price never Mach, after more than 1 hour waiting for the Ryde from the airport to their location in FLL, I did open the van door and the smoke of marihuana was the first thing to welcome me, then when we arrive to the place, no one was there I have to go to this kiosk and star all process and chat with this person on the screen, I have a full cover insurance on my Mercedes and escalade plus my credit card protect me for rental and that lady said I'm sorry but you have to pay extra for the insurance, I was like What this never happen to me. but after all this wasting time and been so far from airport I have no choice so a paid; than they give me a junk car with no AC. I don't want any body else to have this same experience in you family vacation.
