I am a prescriber. Four days ago I called in a new Rx for a patient and was SO impressed. My call was answered promptly. The pharmacist was helpful, efficient and courteous. She was knowledgeable, and took a bit of extra time to check pricing of generic vs non-generic, which saved my patient about $110. I rarely write reviews, but this was in such contrast to some other recent experiences with other pharmacies (phone tree, wait on the phone for 15 minutes, get cut off...) that I feel obligated to acknowledge and praise it.

This store was great! Staff were friendly and offered help. The store was clean, organized and items were priced. Produce was fresh. Groceries were well stocked and there was variety. I got sushi with brown rice--yes!!! I also picked up a sushi like wrap but there was no rice and it had plenty of veggies. I could live on this stuff. And on $5 Wednesdays select sushi is $5. I wish there was a Publix near me.

Sorry to give just one star. My first experience with this location was positive so I switched my business there. Ever since then the service has been disappointing. I hear a lot: "your prescription hasn't come in yet." Or "the truck didn't come yet today." They switched one prescription to a bubble pack, without asking, which is a hassle. The grocery store is great but I'm moving my pharmacy business.

I ordered a sandwich and the person making the sandwich did not change her gloves. I should have asked her to change them; however, I shouldn't have to that should be automatic. I let her make my sandwich and I was trying to convince myself it was ok. But I decided not to buy the sandwich as my ocd anxiety started to kick in.

So over the last year or more Publix has been getting more and more expensive with terrible produce quality and selection. Often the veggies are old and wilted. Today corn had a worm which I was ok with bc figured if a worm is eating it....but the string beans appeared ok before I steamed them but after the ends were rotten. Did the company used coloring to cover the rot? Publix please tell me why your produce quality a selection has gone down so much?!? Also any meat I get at Publix has gone bad day or so before date. When I buy meat at other stores it lasts after the date. I see this as old produce and old meat. Maybe your grocery store should stop selling fresh food and just sell frozen bc it's never fresh anymore. So sad because I used to love Publix

This is the last major grocery store before getting to Dania Beach. It is average at best. I sometimes stop in here for water or a sub but I find that the staff are unfriendly. I haven't had a bad experience, it's just that they don't seem to have that "Publix Kindness" going on. Yesteday, I was happy to pick up a 12 pack of Polar sparkling water in Cranberry /lime and another 8 pack of blueberry/lemon. I also got broccoli rabe, some smokehouse almonds and craisins to make a sauteed greed bean dish for Thanksgiving.

Best sub in the business. Crispy bread, fresh vegetables, tasty healthy abundant meat. All ingredients are first quality and made with love. Only comment would be to make the subs quicker, always long line and slow process.
