I booked a King size bed corner room with M-Club access. I arrived early but the checkin clerk failed to check my booking detail. She did not invited me to wait in the M-Club. I have to ask to get into the M-Club lounge. When my room was ready, the key card could not unlock the M-Club door. The key had to be replaced.

One of the softest hotel beds I've been in. Everything was super easy (parking, check-in, amenities, etc). The in-app chat was helpful with arranging a shuttle too. Would recommend.

Used a day pass.....Peter at the restaurant was so pleasant! I rate him 100 out of 5 ?!Food was also amazing!
