It was my first time buying something from an auction online, and it happened to be them! I organized a day and time that I could pick up my pendant and when I went, I met Betty and Joy. Both were very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Paid over the phone and pickup was fast and efficient. I will be coming back. :)

The whole Kodner team is amazing. Russ Kodner is an incredibly knowledgeable gemologist, and the entire experience was very enjoyable and rewarding. My family and I would highly recommend them and will definitely return.

I bought an art piece from Kodner Galleries auction last week, and I have to say that my experience was smooth and professional. It was my first auction purchase, so I was a bit apprehensive. However, the process was excellent and in less than one week my purchase is home. I would like to also to recommend the work by Mark and his UPS team (store #0288) that transported my BIG painting safely. I plan to use both companies again.

Would highly recommend doing business with this auction company. Made a purchase through Live Auctioneers, called the next morning and explained my husband would be in the area today, could he please come by, pick up and pay for the item. When he arrived the items were ready, he was greeted by friendly and professional staff and was in and out in minutes. I have bought from dozens of other auctions where it has taken weeks just to get my invoice so I could pay my bill. A+

After my mother passed away, Josh was recommended by a family friend to sell some of her valuables. He did. But he has not given us our share of the proceeds, and it has been four months. He and his admin claim to be working on it, but I still have no check in hand months later. There seems to be no way to get their attention to deal with this matter. I caution anyone against placing their items with them. It's just too frustrating. You'll end up having to go to court.

Kodner will openly lie to you about what you're receiving from them to get shipped in. I wouldn't buy any fine materials from them because chances are you won't get what you paid for.
