“I went into the store today because I received a gift card for my birthday in July and the other Pandora stores was not accepting my card. I was told to go to the store where it was purchased. I explained to Gia what was going on and she said, "not to worry I can assist you. She checked the card and I selected my puzzle piece charm because my 10 year old grandson is autistic. She said they just received the engraving machine and would i like the charm engrave with his name. I was so excited. It came out beautiful. The engravig is fabulous. It's tiny of course but it's special ro me. Thank you Gia for your assistance and suggestions.”
