Even though I didn't order anything from them, they gave me a good idea of what I need and pointed me in the right direction. Answered questions I had without hesitation knowing I wasn't ordering. I will certainly use them in the future if I do need glass cut :)

They redid my frameless shower door and it’s gorgeous. Swings perfectly. Jospeh and Leesa take extreme pride in what they do and that is something I really respect. Especially in south Florida. Anything you need for custom glass or mirror in south Florida, I highly recommend them!

Our experience with Giant Glass & Mirror was excellent . In these current COVID conditions, it was super easy to do business with GG&M, Joseph. I called for a quote, they sent me one in writing, I approved the quote and paid online . I was not able to get their before they closed and they wrapped up my order (perfectly) and placed in a secure place for me to pick it up after they closed. I highly recommend them. We are about to redo our bathroom and we will for sure look to them for another quote. Thank you Joseph!

I honestly thought it was a joke or a typo. The website says free estimate. I emailed my job specs over, a glass top for my dresser. I got an email back that they charge $225 to come over and measure plus the cost of the glass. (Actual email cut and paste: Good afternoon Andrew, my service fee to come measures $225 plus the cost of the glass, if you agree to that price we will set up a quotation send it over to you and set up for measurements this week. Look forward to hearing from you. Thank you) No problem, I had the measurements already, so I sent it back, saying if you just cut the glass I will pick it up, I only live 4 blocks away. Save myself the $225 and their time. They sent back an email saying they were not interested in the job. Now, if you pay $225 to come and measure, you are at that point, locked into using them for whatever price they give you, since you are $225 in already. I only pay a plumber $90 for a service call. Wow!

All the folks including the owners at giant Glass and mirror are a quality group a friendly knowledgeable and kind people who do an outstanding job for their clients. The rates are reasonable and the jobs are fantastic. They go the extra mile. Leesa and Joe are lovely people. Will be sending pictures to show the job that I've been waiting to do for so long to bring a beautiful piece in my house back to life.

I had a very small order, too small for any sizable profit but difficult enough to be turned away by multiple glass cutters. I was afraid I was stuck with no options, but Joseph got the job done at an almost certain loss for the business. He didn't have to take on the job, and most rational businessmen wouldn't. Joe is a good guy and if he is willing to do such a good job on an unprofitable order, I would say you can trust him with your big orders, 100%, no worries.

I have nothing but good things to say about Giant Glass & Mirror. Joseph and his team are awesome. Their price was lower than competitors, they delivered and installed a beautiful frameless glass shower door and enclosure, and even came back to fix a minor scratch. I highly recommend them to anyone!!!
