“Ordered bedroom set and family room few years back and had great experience with Carlos and Rosa, and wife decided to get few more pieces from them as the product was very nice and service was great. Few issues happened with 2nd time around but its when issues arise that you actually know the business cares for the client. That when unforeseen delays happen, the business can step in and try to resolve it instead of ignoring calls or just giving lies.
