I'm 61 years old and I have used a lot of mechanics over the years. I have a highly technical job. I've learned the hard way of what is and what is not a good mechanic. I have older cars that I keep in near perfect condition. The oldest is a 2003 Lexus and the youngest is a 2012 Ford Edge. Bob has repaired every conceivable problem I have had with these vehicles and another four vehicles that I have brought him over the years. All the work has been professional, reasonably priced and ready when he says it will be ready. He's too busy doing real work to recommend work that does not need to be done. I first brought my car to him because my son was managing the local auto parts store and he said that Bob was the best and most honest mechanic in Hollywood, and I've found that to be absolutely true for the ten years or more that I have been using his services. He's so good that I have a car in Atlanta that I drive to Hollywood just so I don't risk a botched job by another garage. I've started ordering my new tires from Bob as well and he has never steered me wrong. You should make a point of acting very courteous because he won't accept anyone as a customer because he treats his customer almost like they are friends of his family. Last thing, I don't write many recommendations, in fact this is the only one of its type I have ever written.

I brought my car there because I had been told I needed engine mounts and, with ten hours labor, it would cost arond 1500 dollars. Bob gave me an estimate of about 1000 and, since I had the recommendation of a friend, and the estimate was cheaper, I went to Fradley. Turns out , he replaced an engine strut. Total cost : just over 100 dollars. How often does that happen?
