I recently visited the Metro by T-Mobile store and had an exceptional experience thanks to the salesperson Camilo. From the moment I walked in, Camilo greeted me with a smile and a very professional attitude. He was very knowledgeable about the products and services they offer.
I decided to buy a new phone and add a line to my existing plan. Camilo helped me find the perfect phone that fit my needs and budget. His knowledge and patience made the entire process very easy and enjoyable.
Additionally, Camilo mentioned that by completing a satisfaction survey, you could receive a gift. What a great incentive! Completing the survey was quick and easy, and the gift was a nice added surprise.
In short, Camilo's customer service and attention was second to none. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for Metro by T-Mobile products and services. Thank you, Camilo, for such a positive experience!”

“I took a friend of mine Michael he has a broken neck and all kinds of health problems. We were there about 45 minutes. But he still didn't get his issues resolved. So I guess at the end of May I will be taking him to a different company but the gentleman the greeted me at the door was absolutely excellent. Michael did not tell me about his experience with the gentleman until we got back into the car. And I did not sit with him because it was his own personal information it wasn't my business.”

“I'm on first name basis with all staff at this pharmacy, and they are overwhelmed by rude obnoxious locals and tourists who want their prescriptions yesterday. Then the 4th COVID option comes along and they're short staffed! I love these folks, have some compassion please!”

“There has been a lot misinformation flying around about this store and I have to admit, I got caught up in it too. I arrived at the store the other morning before 6 am and the entrance was locked, that does happen. The gentleman inside came over and unlocked the door and explained that only cash purchases could be made as the 7-11 franchise store wide systems update was taking place and credit/debit card purchases will not work until after the the main system update releases the store computers for card transactions. The one person everyone seems to complain about, is a very nice man from Russia. Before you rush to judgement, he does try to tell people what is going on with the system and he will offer you the option to use cash while the system is down and reprocessing, but some things such as the rewards points system won't be available either. Honestly, I did not care, he is a very friendly and charming man and I hope to enjoy future business shopping when I need a 7-11 happy moment.”

“This 7-11 is extremely clean and looks very new on the inside and out. There is also a restaurant inside named Laredo Taco Company that looked very promising compared to most food options inside of other gas stations- I did not try the food during my stop though. They also have a large selection of snack and drink options to choose from. Overall this location is not much different from other 7-11 locations, but it felt very clean, tidy, and the employees I interacted with were all very pleasant and in a great mood it seemed. They also offer a self serve cold brew coffee bar with different cold brew flavors on tap which I have not seen inside a gas station before. For gas, this location is large and has plenty of pumps making it an easier stop compared to other smaller gas stations- especially at higher traffic times. Prices for gas are always on the lower end compared to most gas stations in the area.Pleasantly surprised with this 7-11 location!”
